I’m pregnant and don’t eat pork. I went in the morning to get me 2 egg and cheese croissandwiches because it was something I was really craving. I went to eat them a couple hours later and 1 had sausage, no cheese no egg and the other just had sausage and egg.I tried to call and nobody answered.. not to mention while I was there they were talking badly about other customers to me that were going through the drive thru. Very unprofessional and this isn’t the only time my order has been wrong.
I moved near this location 2 years ago and have been to this BK a few times. I think I've had one good experience the rest have been terrible. The food wasn't necessarily the problem, it's the staff! One time in particular I walked in and the employees were out back talking and chillin I finally got their attention after a few minutes. Today I came in around 5:15 pm and the door was locked with no sign up, I really don't care for the drive up as I like to sit and enjoy a meal. I'm probably not coming back, sadly I really enjoy the Impossible Whopper. Please sort this location out, thanks.
Customer service is great, but the food tastes like they reheated it from hours ago.It’s overcooked and under flavored.The mozzarella sticks had no cheese inside them.Chicken nuggets and shakes are decent though. But the shakes are super small.
A really rude employee refused to take my order. He said he was to busy. I said I was leaving and then he cussed at me until I left.
Ordered the new spicy melts. Food was awful and cold. No receipt given. Go to another BK that gives a damn about their product. Fire them all rude as hell employee.
Dine in closes at 11am on Friday.Was trying to make an order through drive through but apparently if you are not in the car they won't even talk to you over the speaker.
Worst service! Simply ordered a 5 piece French toast stick, and small pancake platter, NOT A $30 dollar breakfast, I simply tried to explain to the gentleman that I only wanted those 2 items not a meal, he rudely told me to either pay the amount or leave.
Good food. Friendly staff. Open until eleven. Ice tastes a bit funny after melting.
The lady working tonight had a horrible attitude, the food was cold and tasted old, and they got my order wrong again, I try to go to the one in riverdale when I can but this one was close and I had a long day at work, the lady working tonight has always had a bad attitude. Nothing against the store or the other employees, and if they had name tags I’d drop that but they don’t
I would have been fine with this place but tonight I was at the drive-through window and saw and employee lick her hands TWICE WITHOUT WASHING THEM! HUGE health code violation and just flat out disgusting!
