Ordered 2 whoppers was told to wait in the pickup zone waited 45 minutes finally went inside and they had put our food down and finally gave it to us and the whoppers were cold I will never eat here again
I have many ideas on how to improve and fix things.. To make it so they would be busy and people would want to come back. After this morning I may not be back.Stopped in to get a side of egg with bacon and cheese on it. If rang up right it’s comes to a proper price, but I was rang up for a bacon croissant low carb instead. $4.21 (for a thin under measurement slab of cooled egg, slightly burned bacon, cold cheese.) Not super happy about it so far, but I’m honestly not gonna act like a “Karen “ in the restaurant either. I did have to go up and have them reheat it, as it was cold to the touch. Cooled egg, with cold cheese n bacon is not appealing. The picture taken is after I had it reheated for 15 seconds. I should have taken a before pic.
The Texas Double Wopper and fries were hot and fresh. Great meal. The cashier was nice enough to deliver the meal to my table.My only negative is that the employees prepping everything are louder than they should be and it's less than a professional atmosphere. I guess it's to be expected with them being teenagers. Just lower the volume of the conversations.
I have super low standards for fast food but this location was awful i ordered a wopper and a rodeo burger and was charged for those 2 things but then i received 2 burgers with mustard only, i kindly asked if there was a mistake that was made but was then confronted about how i was just trying to get a free meal, i showed them my receipt but they refused to look at it and called me a liar. If you want a quick place to eat there is an artic circle within walking distance, go there

I will never eat at burger king again. I keep giving them chances, but everytime it's a disappointment. All of it was yuck. The onion rings were horrible and the fries coog
The employees seem not to care and I was there at 9: pm they had already shut down the ice cream machine cause I wanted a milkshake but no go.
We sat in the drive through for 10 minutes trying to get someone to help us, no one responded. We drive up to the window and they're all in the back messing around
The Burger King app does not work at this location. Also the buns on my whopper were a little stale. Not my best Burger King experience
On a road trip...needed a couple Ch'king sandwiches and a Coke Freestyle machine for a few drinks to stay happily caffeinated ?. This was the 7th! Yes, SEVENTH! BK along I-15 that we stopped at. The first 6 either had a closed lobby or the lobby Freestyle machine was down. This BK took the time to "fix" the machine (add syrups that were out), so ????? to them!! They were short staffed, but the manager was happy and kind. She even took time to check on us as we ate to see that we were getting enough to drink? Thank you!
