I like this place. I do agree that some days are slower than others. They need more employees due to it being on 12th street which is a very busy street for fast food places. They also tend to run out of shakes fairly quickly which can be a bummer but other than that it's a really nice place to go to.
Horrible quality every time! Horrible service everytime! Can't get a simple order right and when they do its Horribly put together! Go the extra few blocks to 2nd st if you wanting BK lost all my service here!
I’m not a big fan but my girlfriend likes a select few things from Burger King so I alike a select few things if you follow the way I’ve drifted.
The drive threw guy ( mid 30s ) was very rude to us ordering , he gave us attitude . The two starts is for the food , Burger King is always good .
This location is pretty slow but I get that they don't have enough employees. I would have rated a 3 but there's one employee that makes it worth it to come and order. That employee gave me a free fry and a free upgrade size on my drink. Love that kind of customer service!
I use to like coming to this location for the friendly customer service. Well this time I didn't get that for sure, I stood at the counter for 5 to 7 mins waiting to be helped by the assistant manager. She looked at me four to five times never acknowledged I was there, then asked another customer if they needed help. Will not be eating here ever again, she didn't even apologize... traaaash
I frequently use the BK app to order my food. Though their food is better than that McD place (except for the fries, which BK fries really suck, McD fries are much better), the problem is that they often run out of certain foods (burger patties, certain fried sides, certain chicken nuggets, shakes, etc.) Because of these shortages, I can only give BK three stars.
This is a good BK. Got everything right. Plus the burger was cooked perfectly.
This will be my last visit to any bk. For the same price I can go to a nice sit down restaurant and enjoy quality food. Such a shame. ?
Their service sucks been in the drive thru for 16 min and no one is moving do not come to this Burger King
