Our food was excellent! Cinnamon Roll French Toast was just what the doctor ordered. We had a group of 5 and had to wait about 20 min, but considering that it was a Saturday morning, that didn’t seem bad at all.Our waitress (I think her name was Amelia!? She had glorious new braids in her hair) was fantastic!Thanks for accommodating for our group!
First time comong here with a coworker and it was certainly packed but thats expected on the weekend. One thing that got me by surprise was the portion sizes! Don't let the proce tag fool you, you will get a good amount of food and quality at that. The chicken fried steak and waffles are on point. Will be coming back to try out the other dishes.
This is my well-done eggs after getting home with my to go order and microwaving it for three minutes. Still runny like snot… not happy that I just drove 10 miles to get breakfast and came all the way home to discover that the chef doesn’t know the difference between well done and runny snot.Looks like I’m going to Burger King
we had Clarissa and Amelia sharing us at the bar and they both were amazing this morning! best breakfast because of them.
This was such a wonderful experience. Wait staff were so attentive and the other staff behind the counter were helpful as well. Food was reasonably priced with large portions. Taco salad was huge and very full of everything you could want including avocados.
Best pancakes I had in while in Ogden, staff was friendly and prompt, food was great, love the rustic atmosphere
I love Black Bear Diner. The food is good and the staff are wonderful. I'm a single mom and my son has autism. Most of the staff recognize my son by now and treat him so kind. We don't get that kind of service everywhere.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant relatively early in the morning, as I had a long day of meetings and wouldn't have time to eat later, and was reasonably impressed with the food quality and service. I ordered a California omelette, and everything came as ordered, and was pretty good (although it could have used slightly more flavor). Everything was prepared promptly, so no complaints there.
Cannot order online without purchasing a "required" beverage e.g. $5 orange juice Door dash menu also requires that I will order somewhere else
