Horrible customer service. Don’t start delivery orders until driver shows up costing the driver time and money. Then run out of drink holders so the driver has to juggle multiple drinks. Mis-managed and poorly run.Update* still mis managed and horrible customer service. I hate picking up orders from here. It cost time and money and they don’t care.Update* out of almond milk and still horrible customer service. Just once I would like an order ready when I arrive. JUST ONCE!Still no improvement!
No changing table in either restroom and prices were expensive. A large coffee is like $7-8.
I normally don't post any bad reviews but for being my first time it was disappointing.It's 30 degrees outside. The idea of us going out for coffee it was to find a place to stay warm while enjoying a good cup of coffee.The place was so cold. I sure the air conditioning was on instead of the heater. We were both so cold inside the store.The coffee took a very long time to be ready and unfortunately for plain simple latte and an americano with cream which are very simple drinks, they weren't anything we expected. Water with a hint of coffee and lots of warm milk with hardly any coffee in it.Maybe it was an off day. But when we traveled for 45 minutes to try this place it wasn't a good experience at all.
My wife and I got coffees this evening for a boost of energy and Shawny-Boy helped us. We could tell he was working by himself and was a bit behind but our drinks came and let me tell you what……these are THE BEST drinks I have ever had at Beans and Brew. They have never made them this well. Shawny-Boy needs to get a raise and you should have all of your baristas get a “refresher” lesson on making the drinks, taught by him! Thanks for the exceptional service! It’s hard to find nowadays.
It's been a couple of days since I went here, but my Breve Latte was awesome! It was a special drink the Barista on shift recommended. It was some kind of caramel drink, but I don't remember the name of it. Perfect service!!!
Poor poor integrity. Bought a blended carmecello for $7.50 (which is silly) for a friend's birthday... then the next day I got charged for $10. No drink is worth $7.50 let alone $10. I'm guessing an employee gave themselves a tip. I won't be recommending this location for sure.Update: 2 weeks later I've done everything they asked me to, so they would correct the charge, and nothing. It's not about the money at this point. Poor service. Poor integrity. Disappointing.
Always love going to B&B. The staff is great. They are always happy, outgoing people -- even if they've had a bad day, it never shows. They're quick & happy to answer any questions I've had. Definitely recommend :)
Staff was great, helpful and patient! I need some patience as I do not order coffee often but, they worked with me and were knowledgable! Also helped me find some cool merch!
Cold as a fridge inside. . Soo cold I only give 3*** I go in place my order and go back to my car until it's ready, , yummy drinks if you wanna wait in drive threw or freeze inside ?
