Ordered a mochachino and a iced coffee. the latte was very cold not hot at all and there was no coffee in the latte. Looked like milk barely any brown color at all. I asked for 4 shots. The ice coffee was ok but definitely not up to par. Idk what the issue was there with me, but the employees at this location at 11:00 did not care to fix anything or even make a good coffee. If they can change my opinion I’ll change the review because it can be good coffee if they have the correct people.
Mis-managed and poorly run. I contract with Grubhub and go to get orders that should be ready and find they haven’t even turned their tablet on and not received any orders. I now have to wait for both orders to be prepared. It cost delivery drivers time and money and it is infuriating. Get it together! I HATE picking up orders for B&B. The Ogden 12th street location is equally as inadequate!Update*Just ONE time I would like to arrive and have Grubhub orders ready! Nothing changes and nothing ever gets better!Update*Still same horrible customer service and orders NEVER READY!
The hot chocolate was super goid! Dark chocolate!!! Frozen mocha was super goid too! Also bought coffee to brew in my house.
Expensive. Definitely by far the worst mocha I have ever had the misfortune of tasting, couldn't even finish it. Bathroom toilet was plugged up with a monster deuce to top it all off. No wonder this place was almost empty.
I have been a daily B&B drinker for a few years now. It started out fantastic. Now, no matter what location I go to, they ALL mess up the signature cocoa bean frappe. No changes are made, I tip when I pay every single time, and the last few days/week EVERY location seems to make their drinks HORRIBLY. I am so disappointed. This is money people are paying for a drink they likely rely on. Why not make it the same every time????? Do better.
Recently moved to the area and have stopped here 3 times for my coffee fix. All three times I have had issues. 1st time placed my order and they gave my order to the car in front of me. I understand things happen so I decided to give it a 2nd go. The worst Mr. B I have EVER had. I didnt think it could be messed up being a signature drink. I decided to take that on the chin. So this brings me to today. On my way to work placed my order the person repeated back my order and it wasn't even what I had said. I was apologize ld to and told to pull forward. My "order" was repeated at the window yet again not even close to what I ordered. Im not against the company in any way but the staff at this location clearly doesn't care about their jobs. Ill have to find a different coffee shop to visit cause this one isn't it.
The food and drinks are delicious and the staff are always super nice and helpful and occasionally even leave a nice little message on my cup that just makes my day that much better.
Every time I go to this Beans I have a great experience! All of the baristas are pleasant and my drinks are so yummy! Tonight for example I was helped by a girl named Quin who helped me figure out a new drink to try and it was PERFECT! if you need something new to try I would for sure suggest going with the baristas choice, you won't be disappointed
$4.50 small beyond meat plant based breakfast burrito. Good sustinance in a pinch. At least they have a vegan breakfast option. 5 star service/drinks and 2 star burrito ??♀️
