This place is racist. We were standing in the front of the line for 10 minutes and no one helped us- only the people behind us who were white couples and families.They did not even apologize when we pointed this out. We do not recommend this place for those who are not white.

Typical Baskin Robbins ice cream spot. They have a lot of flavors. Shakes are really great. Staff was really nice & helpful. Very patient with our group of 8. Everything looked clean. Recommend for an ice cream place.
This location used to be 5 stars. The new employee was very rude, overcharged order, and we get the exact same thing every visit. I asked if there was a price increase and she said "no that's what is always charged". Not true. Did not give full scoops, only partially filled scoopers. Lack of customer service, while my hands were full she stated there was a garbage by the door after refusing to take the dirty spoon from my hands after handing me a clean one. What a shame, if you don't like customer service don't get a job in customer service. Will be patrons of a different local.
Great service and great ice cream. My two older kids got cotton candy ice cream on chocolate dipped sugar cones. My youngest got birthday cake ice cream on a regular sugar cone. They absolutely loved it. I got mint chocolate chip in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl.Little bummed they didn't have seating but not knocking off a star. Covid isn't over so I get it. Overall a great visit
Past two times I came in were horrible this blond lady had gave me and my family attitude not to mention last time she dropped ice cream on the counter and put it in my ice cream while a pandemic is going around I recommend not going to this place

I ordered a sundae with 2 scoops, caramel, and hot fudge. Two bites in after I had left, I realized that there was far too little ice cream to compensate for the agregious amount of hot fudge and caramel. What little ice cream had been in the cup was melted. I returned to the shop so they could reconcile this mistake, but the atrocious customer service was the cherry on top. Because I had taken two bites of the soupy slop, they refused to even give me a scoop of regular ice cream. The employees were also not wearing gloves, and the long fake fingernails were not appetizing in the slightest when being used to serve food. Go to Farrs, they're farr better even if you have to wait in line.
