This place is awful. But unfortunately it's one of the only places around to eat nearby so I am forced to go at least twice a week and every time I do the wait time is awful they never have enough people working and the people who do work don't know what they're doing. I literally just sat and the drive-thru for a half hour and when I got to the window the boy asked me what was your order again?
Understaffed. I’m sure they’re trying… but 15 minutes in line and then..“Park in the lot and we’ll bring your food to you”No food yet and employees came outside to vape.Seriously…Another 12 minutes in the lot!I thought Arbys was fast food!Update:Ordered 3 sliders… got one (wrong) a beef n’ cheddar, and curly fries… see the picture with the receipt.It’s 2:30 in the afternoon… lunch rush is over.
The only reason this is getting even 2 stars is that for the most part their food was consistently good. We go there for quick date nights away from the kids. That being said, their customer service staff is absolutely ridiculous. The people taking your order in the drive thru constantly sound miserable, you go inside and when you go to order this employee just smacks her gum and says ‘ We are out of roast beef, ugh Anything else’ with the worst attitude. And this happens about 8/10 times we go that the employees are rude or just unprofessionally short. After todays incident, we decided to drive to the Arbys on Washington and WOW, night and day difference from this store. The Washington Arby’s had the kindest, sweetest staff, we didn’t have to repeat any part of our order and the food was absolutely incredibly fresh. Don’t waste your time going to the Arbys on Harrison, make the little extra drive to the Washington street Arbys. Way better experience

i’ve been to this location three times i think. twice i’ve ordered the mac and cheese and it comes out cold! once, during a lunch rush is understandable, but the fact that it happened twice was a bummer. not my favorite location.
2 bathrooms that hold one person each. Changing table, automatic hand towels. No toilet seat covers or music from the restaurant.
I love arbys and the food but this location is terrible they always close almost 2 hours early and some people have to work late and dont get off till 8 and there closed by that time even though it says it's open till 11:30 I'd rather drive 15 minutes to riverdale just because I know there open and dont lie about there times
Amazing!! I was very impressed with my meal, they worked hard and presented us with hot and tasty meal. The staff did a great job.
This Arby’s is always closed at 8:30 can never get warm food that’s the time I go there it is close and I love Arby’s but I do not want to eat at this Arby’s on Harrison and 42nd And the service sucks
Thanks for updating your hours to 11am-8pm on Google. Got there at 8:03 and they literally shut the lights off on me in the drive-thru. No apologies, no service, nothing. Just left me in the dark. What a joke
