Don’t go here unless you want to pay for food you didn’t get. My husband went through the drive through today. Gave his card for payment, was told their card reader was down and asked if he had cash. When he said no he left. The charge showed up on my phone a few minutes later. I called this Arbys store and the person I spoke with told me not to worry it doesn’t show up on their end as a charge. Good thing I didn’t take his word for it and I called my bank where they said yes indeed it did go through as a charge. Now the store will not answer my call.
Food was good but if your going to ask me what sauce I want make sure you give them to me. I told them I wanted Marinara sauce for my cheese sticks and 3 pepper sauce sauce for my beef sandwiches and and some regular arby sauce. They gave me traditional arby sauce and only 4 packs I got 4 sandwiches I also got 4 sliders. I didn't know I had to babysit the bag once they gave it to me to make sure they gave everything to me my bad.
Drive thru customer service was great the employee was a great kid. The manager however was a real ____ I did not appreciate the way she yelled at the employee for being friendly it may have been busy but she didn't have to treat him like that. Nor did she have to say when I made a remark about him just being good at his job and having excellent customer service " Ask me if I care!" Well lady you should. @Arbys maybe tell your managers to have a better attitude despite what they have going on. That's what gets continued service not a rude attitude and an insult to the customer!
I was just there and I ordered a “ family pack “ and when I went to the window I couldn’t seem to find the coupon that I just hade , and they declined my order. Why waste food ? I was ready to pay and leave . They take 13$ and hour to seriously.
I found some more of that super American service and great food!! Ha ha!!2/10/22I drove through today. I am still wondering what happened. I was waiting for ever only to find I was blocked in by two vans full of people when I tried to leave. These people looked as though they were here to do me harm. They drove around the lot in circles as I left. My food was awful. The fries were just broken crumbs. The sandwich was so wet it squished. I most sincerely apologize for the first review. I depend on good reviews and so I try my best to be as honest as I can without being mean or rude. Thanks for listening!! ?
Food and service are good. 50/50 chance of dining room being closed. The open sign over the door doesn't mean the dining room is open.
Slow service. Restaurant clean inside but filthy outside. Decent food and fresh but way over priced.
Fast and friendly service. No messing around by staff, which seems to be the norm anymore at fast food restaurants.
Friendly staff. Love Arby's curly seasoned fries. Their Jimocha shakes are awesome. Arby's is one of the best fast food restaurants. Also the place was very clean including the restrooms.
This Arbys is terrible with service. I went through the drive thru with coupons and the order taker could not honor my coupons because "corporate, hadnt updated the machines with the new coupons yet". Needless to say i left the coupons and will never go back to this place again.****Have done what was asked and left more details.
