Tables were dirty ants were on the ground crawling over food someone had dropped. So it would have had to he there for a while. All the tables were dirty, I had to clean my own table. Not that upsetting, but the ants on the ground two stars were dropped. The food was good the service was ok. I asked for ketchup and was handed hot sauce. Simple mistakes they happen. I thought it was funny. I ordered a meal but couldn't drink anything because it was all carbonated. I cant have carbonation. The reason for two stars is cleanliness and drink option. It would have been 4 but cleanliness, it just wasn't there.
This place is the worst!!!. The only reason we have gone here more than once is because of the coupons (and they're not all that great). Today I ordered a Coney dog and I have never tasted anything like it not EVER!!! I think it must have come from Coney Island when they first opened. Not kidding it was wretched and the chili was soooooo salty. Oh and we could not get anything fried except French fries, because the fryers were down????? WTH????? the only thing decent in our order was the root beer floats. I'm glad to see they have not screwed that up... one more thing the service is the worst. They consistently amaze me because they are so nonchalant about being rude!!!!.

The food was really good but it wasn't worth having to park and wait for 20 minutes if not more to get the food. I haven't ever waited so long for food and there were 3-4 other cars waiting as well. Oh, and did I mention how EXPENSIVE it was?! I do not recommend.
Waited a long time to be asked what are we waiting for.they didn't add the third drink.ran out of fries an grill was out of order so chicken is just left to order which was okay. Got home an the chicken is dry an hard.
We ordered two hamburgers, a three piece chicken meal, and mini corn dogs. It took over 20 minutes to get our meal. There was no one in front of us, no one in the parking lot (dining room is closed), and the person behind us got their food immediately.We called inside and they said they were cooking the burgers "fresh" and it'd take eight minutes. Ok, I appreciate the freshness, but it still shouldn't take over 20 minutes to get our food out!! ?
Friendly staff. Went to the drive through to order waited 15 min for dry burgers. The fries were okay. I heard someone in the car say the chicken tender was awesome . Root beer dispenser needs an adjustment. Less soda more root beer flavor please ..Im not sure whats going on here but freshness is not a priority.
The staff was friendly and service was fast, but I paid $20 for two meals where the burgers were dry, burnt hockey pucks and the fries were old and hard as rocks. Like imagine putting gravel in your mouth and trying to chew. Only redeeming qualities are the friendly staff and excellent rootbeer.
Drove 45 minutes from Idaho to eat here. I wanted a root beer float but the ice cream machine was down for cleaning at 2:30 pm on a Saturday?? I waited 10 minutes for my food with no sauce. Then the syrup was out of the drinks. The only good thing about it was the food was hot. Not impressed with the way the store is being ran.
My husband was just there it was 8:45 they told him they turned off the fryers already. So he had to call because they couldn’t make half of the stuff we had planned on getting. Then pulled up at 9 and they said they closed at 9 even though the hours Posted online say 10 pm this is not the first issue we’ve had with this location. This will be our last time attempting to give a second chance.** Edit to add ***Spoke with jimmy the manager the next day and he said if we came in while he was there he would take care of it. He took care of us our wait time was short and our food was made correctly and fresh!
