Not a good experience. They forgot my son's meal. We got the drink and fries, but that was it. The bacon on our sandwiches was smaller than the tomato slice (which was small.) The fries had an after taste. I question when the line for the syrup was replaced or fountain nozzle was last cleaned and sanitized. It did not taste safe to consume. I don't like writing bad reviews for restaurants, especially when they are all having a difficult time. But, this was not a good experience. I hope the staff can improve in the future.

We had the worst of experiences here. WILL NEVER come back again! We went on Tuesday and ordered the 2 Hamburger, cheese and bacon special with fries and medium root beer for $10.00. First we were told that that special was over. There were at least 2 big signs advertising this special!! We waited at the drive through 20 minutes because the person taking orders had NO idea what he was doing. He told us to wait 5 times while he asked someone. We specifically asked for FRESH HOT fries and rooter freezes instead of plain root beer. We were willing to pay the difference. The person taking our order said our came to $9.14?????? If the special is 2 for $10.00 and we substituted our drinks to freezes.....you do the math because no matter how I do it, it is definitely NOT $9.14!Well, we FINALLY got our meals. We got 4 COLD French fries each, and the freezes were so thin a baby could have drank them out of a bottle. I used to love A & W Root beer but I will NEVER come here again. I have no hope of getting an answer here because as I read previous posts it was always the exact same answer. I know businesses can have their lobbies closed due to the pandemic, but there was no signage. They refused to take order over the phone and I cannot use the drive-thru, as I don't have a car.
Every time I go to this location they seem to be out of what I went in for. Just plain strange. I understand that it is a busy location but don’t you think that if you have a high population you need to have enough to keep your customers coming back. Or maybe it is just bad luck on my part?
The cod fish takes about 7.5 minutes to cook fresh. They told me that when I place my order to give me the opportunity for something else if I didn't want to wait. I thought that was pretty cool
They couldn't understand while I was ordering asked for 2 meals received 1.5 meals asked for ranch dipping sauce for 8 chicken tenders got 2 ranch and 5 honey mustard. Been 10 years since I ate there last and will never go back
Spent 41$, dine in is closed. That's ok let's get it to go. Drive through ordered our food went home. Opened the bag to find missing food. Attempted to call the number google provided here. Marco's pizza answered. Drove back to the a&w. Knocked on the glass door since there were 8 cars in line. They payed no attention, so back through the drive through. It only took 13 min to get to the window. Not bad for 8 cars. But when all is said and done I'm now at home eating cold food by myself because the children are already done eating. My suggestion. If someone knocks on the door maybe see what's wrong? And change your number on google so someone can get assistance before hand.
Literally the WORST experience in quicky food ever. Had them the first time on door dash and the messed up my order and the food was a mess. Stopped by tonight thought I'd give them a "in person" shot. The person who took my order was indifferent and couldn't remember the simple things I ordered. Needlessly to say, I did not get what I ordered, the food I got was not at all worth what I spent and when I called know one answered. They closed. NEVER GO HERE
