Solid bit of local flavor. Fresh cooked flat bread (seriously you can see them baking as you get your wrap built) has a great texture and flavor. The ingredients are fresh and the owners are super friendly. Lots of flavor and build options. A great choice if you're looking for filling, non-greasy food. I just wish they had breakfast wraps available for longer in the day than they do. Love me some breakfast food
WOW! This is the best wrap I have ever had! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in their food. The service was extremely friendly, Katherine helped walk me through the menu and the whole process. The portion sizes are great for the price as well! Pardon the photo, this is the kind of food that you cant help but eat before taking a pic!
This place is amazing and the owners are the nicest people ever. They recently placed in top 3 for best fast casual restaurant and they definitely deserved a first. Look, I love food. And I love local businesses. The customer service here was excellent, but the food was...disappointing. Don't get me wrong! The bread was great, the ingredients were as fresh as can be. But the whole wrap wasn't that good. Especially for the price. With tax, I ended up paying over $16 for a wrap that I would have valued at $8-$10. I understand that economic conditions beyond our control are driving prices up, but wow. I hate to say it, but I most likely won't be coming back. (A+ on the freshness of the ingredients, though.)
I love supporting local/family owned businesses, especially when you can tell they are good at and love what they do. I didn't know they were here for 20 years, and found them by looking for a healthy place to have lunch. So glad I did, because I ate a healthy, but super yummy meal! I cannot express enough that the flavors are amazing and the portions are huge!!! My son got a wrap, on their made fresh daily pita bread, which he said was delicious, and I got a salad. The price is high for a salad, but considering that it fed me for multiple meals, and the ingredients were plentiful, fresh,and tasty, it was TOTALLY worth it. They also have an amazing looking catering menu with super reasonable prices and are friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to have a reason to place an order with them!
Wonderful experience here. Right when I came in one of the workers named Mike kindly greeted me. The Turkey Bacon wrap was a great choice for me. Definitely recommend them.

WOW! I've been meaning to check out Wriggles for a while now... their wraps are SOOO good! Completely fresh ingredients! Skip Cafe Rio (seriously yuck) & head on back to the gem behind/west of it... you won't be disappointed!
Looking for something quick? Skip the same boring mundane fast food and let the super friendly staff at wiggle wrap set u up right! Light and refreshing or hearty and savoury, they have you covered! If the food wasn't enough come get the best customer service you could get!
Found this little hole in the wall while I was going somewhere else. They technically close at 5 but the owner(?) let me come in anyways. I like to try small mom and pop places. The tortillas are vegan and made in-store but definitely do not taste any different than regular tortillas! All of the meat and veggies are so fresh and the Cilantro lime dressing is also made fresh in house. The wrap is enormous and tucked into a small plastic cup to keep the ingredients from falling out of the bottom and onto your lap. Everything was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be trying this place again.
