I had Wingers the night before and loved it but went to this one and not impressed. The server took long time to come up to us. I asked for no sauce on my wrap and server didn’t notate it at all. The table behind us (one of her only 3 tables) and she had to take their order back because it was incorrect. She never bothered to check back with our table until after he was done eating. She was up front talking to people the whole time. I had to bother the other server (older gentleman) for the correct sauce and napkins. If we didn’t have to be on the road for 6 hours I would have made them bring out proper sandwich. What if it was due to an allergy? It shows me that 1. Server doesn’t care about special instruction or correct order or 2. Kitchen doesn’t listen to instruction. Either one is bad for a restaurant, not to mention not having a manager anywhere near to notice these problems or help out when necessary. Will not return to this location ever again. Hopefully next Wingers won’t disappoint like this one
For some reason I don't remember why I haven't been to Wingers in an exceptionally long time. Maybe the last time I went I had a bad experience, I don't remember. This experience couldn't be further from the opposite. Our waitress was also the bartender and there was only one other server that day. They were pretty slammed. The service was not even remotely diminished by how busy our waitress was. She was fast, she was exceptionally friendly, and the food couldn't be any better. She even recommended trying some combination Lemonade's that she had invented and it was one of the best interactions I've had in a long time with a server. I wish I could remember her name but the service and food was so great I think I tipped over 30%
Can I just say the food was whatever. It's wingers it tastes good. But the the reason for this review are the true stars of this wingers location. lauren and Whitney. Can't ask for better service! Both of these ladies are above and beyond What you'd expect from restaurant staff. They took care of me. Made me feel welcome and were super nice. And went the extra mile. And Whitney is just the cutest. Has a big Ole smile and we talked like I knew her for ages. She is a total sweetheart and I wanted to recognize her for her outstanding service.
Brittani was great, service was quick even while short staffed. Food was good and portions were filling, really enjoyed the quesadilla and chips & salsa.
Following a gathering my friends and I decided that we would enjoy some tasty wings as an option! The decision was to check out Wingers nearby and we were in store for an exciting lunch! Upon entry to the restaurant there was a psychotic Karen causing a great deal of disturbance and we were about to leave but the Manager, Lauren, handled the situation in such a professional manner that we decided to stay! We were seated and warmly greeted by our waitress, Samantha. The food was quite tasty and we enjoyed our lunch following the earlier issue. We were all impressed with our visit and would recommend this eatery!
Unreal. I’ve been going to this location for years and have ordered through door dash a dozen times or more. I ordered some tonight and asked for all flats and naked wings, as I always do. They sent me battered wings and all drums. Out of spite? For what? Being a long time loyal customer? I used to go here so much the servers knew me by name and knew my order. Unless I hear something back about this, and about the cook that decided to be spiteful, I’ll never step foot in here again. And I’ll definitely be spreading the word far and wide to all of my wing loving friends. I’m sad.
The food was great but the waitress was not the best but I still respected her. She may have a bad day or something. I would still go back because the food is great and I always give people opportunities to grow and be better.
Where do I start? It was my last day at a job of four years. The whole office was present. The host tried to seat the nine of us at two tables. We asked why he didn't offer us a bar table which was big enough, he thought some of us were under 21. Maybe ask? After being seated in the bar, we were there greater than 1 1/2 hours. Food was delivered two at a time with large gaps between and the wait for the first plates was terribly, terribly long.I know businesses are short staffed. What I couldn't accept was that the no one at the restaurant, server, manager, etc ever once simply said "I'm sorry for...." and enter anything here. I mean anything. It was just as if we didn't matter. I was done eating well before the final plates hit the table. One little apology would have meant everything.We were not the only ones waiting for food either. We saw plenty of people arrive after us, order, get their food and leave before we were served.A truly awful experience at this wingers and somewhat ruined a nice little event.
Ordered online but they held the order until I arrived,?. The wings were good but the wingers sauce was really sweet. I wouldn’t get that flavor again but I like hot. Decor and people were great.
Came in tonight with my wife and daughter and had a great time. Ordered the largest basket of wings(14) and shared it with my daughter. My wife ordered the grilled chicken avocado club sandwich. Our waitress was Roxi and she was great, very attentive with refills and making sure everything was good. We'll definitely be coming back.
