I have read most of the reviews for this Wendsy's location which all seem to be negative and have not had this unique experience I have found the employees to be overtly friendly and courteous and while the food is not " perfect " (after all they are human ) it is no where near as bad as some of the reviews have indicated. the only bad thing is that they are so busy most of the time that the sod machine is usually empty and the frosty machine turns out mostly liquid

I hate to say it, but Wendy's has lost it's touch. (At least this location.) Maybe inflation has something to do with it, but paying $12 (son of baconator medium combo) and getting what looks like a Children's happy meal is unfortunate to say the least. If "Quality is [their] recipe," I'd hate to see what their food looks like on a bad day.If you want a cheap filling burger, go to Carl's Jr. and get one (or two) of their $3 burgers and you'll be much more satisfied.I have fond memories of Wendy's, maybe I'll give it another try in the future.

If you like having your order come without 90% of its items this is the place for you! They don’t care about their customers who order door dash and when I’m actually in the store, forget about it being fast food. Everyone is messing around and they don’t accept Apple Pay!

If you enjoy getting shorted everytime you order food you should come here. They will forget part of your order 90% of the time. If you have to go back through the drive thru to get the food that they forgot don't expect any sort of compensation or apology. Highly recommend if you're into that kind of stuff.

Horrible service. Went through once charged me 23 dollars worth of food. Get my food and they left half of it out. Go back through right after they tell me no you didn’t order it so they charged me again for the rest and when I got it it was stale. They didn’t even give me a receipt. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money there.

Had my 4th bacon cheddar burger tonight. Each one from a different Wendy’s location. I have to say, this one was the worst by far. The burger was dry and didn’t have near the toppings the other locations used. The service was fast and great, but the burger was pretty disappointing.

I ordered on line and had it delivered I paid $33.46 for my family's dinner and the delivery driver just dropped off drinks so I went down there and they gave me the food he was supposed to get and I got home they didn't put almost half the order in so now I have to go back and fight with someone to get the rest of my food I tried calling about 5 times and no one answers the phones there this is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever ordered from It is the closest one to me but I think I will do my business at another location from now on.

One of the younger male employees was cussing our one of the older female employees. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable considering there were several customers and children within earshot. This young man had no respect for his coworker or elder. He definitely doesn't belong in customer service.

0 clue how they manage to stay in business. Doesn't open doors for paying customers. Forces everyone else through the longest drive through line possible.

It was 11pm Wednesday night, I pulled up to the speaker to order take out, and I was confused because no one was saying anything so I said "hello?" This worker then loudly says "pull up!" and so I pulled up pass the speaker. My friends started laughing because the situation didn't make sense. Then we tried to order, but the worker kept asking "what?". Understandably it was because we weren't by the speaker. Anyway, that's not the main part. After we make our order we pull up to the window to pick up our food, and this worker wearing an LA hat looks really angry at me. He then says "are y'all on crack?". I did not expect that! I just said "no", and my friend jokingly said "a little" to lighten the mood. Then both him and his coworker just continued to look really angry and pout for the whole time while getting our food ready. It was pretty unpleasant to have someone so angry at you and to not know the reason. I just wanted to get out of there really bad. Not a good experience at all. I have worked at Wendy's so I understand fast food and the stresses that go with it, but you should never take it out on your customers. Maybe a good HR training on how to deal with stress, unpleasant experiences, or anger would be helpful.
