Very disrespectful employee assistant manager “Ash” in drive thru made us feel very Unwelcomed, disrespected, and personally uncomfortable. had an online order and waited a considerably questionably long time in the drive thru and when we finally arrived at the second window, and waited to NOT be greeted nicely AND asked to go to the back of the line that was wrapped around the entire building . Will never come again and I recommend anyone looking for good customer service, to go to a ANY RUN DOWN PLACE and get better service and hospitality
I have to write a review bc this was probably one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I was one of “those customers” that pulled in at the last min around 1:50am in a long line of cars. When I got to order, I was told I was the last car and greeted with a super nice employee. I ordered my friends and myself some food and it was the most fresh, best tasting Wendy’s we had in forever! AT 2 AM! Hell yeah Wendy’s !
This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. For starters they have been out of all soda but diet soda for a week. For a fast food place this is an absolute joke and makes this place a non option for me. And then the food is always over cooked and flavorless. I love Wendy’s but as this is the one by me I will have to eat elsewhere. Wendy’s corporation, you need to get control over this location.Edit: they have soda now and my burger wasn’t burnt like it has been the last 3 times. Hopefully this means it is improving!
My boyfriend asked a worker that was outside if the lobby was open and he said he didn't know. "Can you check?" The dude just blatantly ignored us and walked back inside. I get that working in the fast food business is hard with all the snobs that come through, but we were not rude. If you're going to work in the customer service business, be kind to the people who are nice to you.
Drive through is closed and lobby is locked so no one can get food. There are people inside but ignoring everyone trying to order in the lobby. This is what gives fast food a horrible look.
Just cheap.... ordered a medium frosty and it was only half filled at best. The mustard sauce on my chicken was thicker that the chicken breast. Would have been a 1 star but at least the place was clean. The service wasn't great, but wouldn't say bad.
I like ordering from this Wendy's. They usually make the food well and delicious. But sometimes the people working dont seem to care and the food doesn't come out well which is a shame because most of the time its pretty good
Tonight was the first time I've had a really really unpleasant surprise in my food, delivered through GrubHub tonight. I had my favorite salad and bit down on a polished rock, a reddish brown polished rock in a salad containing soft dried cranberries. I don't eat the pecans since I'm allergic to the honey GL glaze.Unimpressed by the idea of anyone putting a rock like this in my food
Ordered a baconator sandwich and did not receive. Is it really that hard to give your customers what they ask for. Dumb employees.
Went there to pick up 20 of the four for fours on a Saturday morning. They got our order to us in a timely manner while taking care of other customers at the drive-thru they were short-staffed
