Very busy so we had to wait a while but it was well worth it. We always make time to stop at The Cheesecake Factory when we are near one and as always we enjoyed it. I had the Farfalle pasta with chicken and my wife had the shrimp scampi. Both were excellent. Our waitress did a great job and she was handling quite a few tables including at least one large group. We each got cheesecake to go and it was top notch as always.
I made reservations for lunch and was seated earlier then expected. Service was excellent! I ordered the New York steak medium well, flavor was bland, mashed potatoes was good. We also ordered the nacho’s, Korean fried cauliflower, both were really good. We also had the salmon and it was delicious. Overall a good experience and food was decent other then the New York steak. Carrot cake is the best by the way!
Front reception generally lets you know a timeframe to expect to wait. They have a system where you can give your name and phone number to receive a text message when your table is ready. I suggest looking at the menu while waiting so you can order right as you sit down. Staff are usually really helpful and can make good recommendations on drinks and food to try. We love coming here as a family! Food for just about anyone. Deep flavorful entrees that are well made and displayed. Parking may be hard to find during the evening. Plan for at least an hour wait during the evening dinner time.
I arrived to have coffee and cheesecake and the hostess just stared at me while talking to another employee. I tried to ask if I seat myself or wait, and she just kept staring at me before walking away. I asked the guy behind the cheesecake counter if we are allowed to just sit down and he said yes and took my order. I received my order and sat down. The same hostess approached me and told me I can’t dine there. I asked why and she said because you weren’t seated. I told them what happened and she just replied with “you have to leave now!!” So I did. Still not sure what had happened but I won’t be returning.
Went for my dad and brother's birthday and had an amazing time! Service was so great to us and everyone enjoyed their food.Helpful tip: they open at 11 and if you don't want to be stuck waiting if you couldn't make it on the list, GO EARLY and get in line. By the time 11 rolls around, the line wraps around the building. 10:30 or 10:40 am arrival will get you at the front of the line and sat immediately.
Their healthy options are good too! We had the beet and avocado salad to start, then lettuce wraps and house made veggie burger.
The bread was hard as a rock and the waitress was hardly around
overrated, obscene portions that do nothing more than promote obesity, and ridiculous wait times (so some people must like it) - not me. Save your money.
Absolutely hands down the worst burrito I've ever had in my life. Called the manager over to explain all of our meals were cold. She did nothing. We had a table of 14. Took an hour and 10 minutes to get our entrees. Everybody enjoyed their cheesecake.... But almost every meal was lukewarm to almost cold. If you're wanting cheesecake it's a good choice... But if you're looking for good food. Look somewhere else.
Order from curb side pick up and got the wrong order tried calling manager to get it fixed and got put on hold for 40 minutes. So I went and got pizza cause all I had was 3 cakes and I wanted actual food. Finally got a hold a manager and pretty much got told that they charged me the right price and offered no help or way of refund and got stuck with desserts I didn’t want and wasted 30 dollars. Terrible customer service.
