Worst costumer service ever. Never coming back again to this place. The manager is called Charlie and she was the one who was serving, she has a bad attitude with the costumers, she was in a hurry for everything, she didn't wanted to take my order as I wanted to.Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Beware of this location. I’m not one to complain about a Subway sandwich but I was appalled by the terrible service I encountered at this location. I did a pickup order from the app for two footlongs and both of them were done completely wrong. We get the All American and Bacon Ranch Chicken a lot but these were nothing like the descriptions. In fact we ordered them to be toasted and they were super cold and not cooked at all. Missing veggies we had ordered on them and was missing the bacon. However one was drowning in mustard (yuck)I called the location to let them know they had messed up my order and the teenage girl was so unhelpful and unapologetic.Best to go in person not order from the app.
This is just not the place to go for the lunch rush. For the past several months they have the same people who work that shift. Even when you are the first one there, they are just not ready. Nice ladies, just need better time management.
Subway typically is a ok sandwich shop. Bit overpriced but when I'm that mood then its worth it to me. However upon entering the store I had the unpleasant interaction with the lady taking my order. Made me want to walk right on out of the store. Fire this woman...... terrible customer service. She had a piercing on the left side of her face.
Oh how I wish the food quality of subway was that in the 90's when there competition was Blimpy. Step up your sandwich game guys!
I walked out because the service was so poor. Like so many other reviews.
Gave us the wrong person's order. When I called for a refund I was told the only way to get one was to come back in person the next day. That's ridiculous and I know they're lying.

I'm going to validate what someone else said here... I don't know if it was the supervisor or the manager, middle aged woman. Short/stalky woman. Very rude to her employees. Complaining about everything they did "wrong." This is twice I have seen her do this. Once with 2 working employees. They were busy and she kept yelling about how messy they were and how they did nothing right. In front of customers. Again. It was busy and they were working the best they could. Today, same thing but with the young man that was working. Not really busy but he was doing the best he could. She stated to him twice he was so messy just Like some other girl who worked there and did nothing right. Again, in front of myself and 4 other customers there. She is very unprofessional and I can see how miserable she makes anyone working there..
The sandwich was good as usual.
