I have come to this location 5 times now and have not been impressed with the quality of the coffee brewed here.Twice I ordered a Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and it tasted like there was no Toasted Vanilla. I ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it tasted like there were no caramel added into it or very little. And today, I ordered a Frappuccino that was way too hot to drink and burnt my tongue.Overall not satisfied with the Starbucks location.I am a Starbucks regular and have been to several locations. This one is my least favorite.
Used a delivery app For just 2 drinks, it took quite a while. Package had 1 of our drinks and someone else's sandwich and cake pop. We called to get the order corrected and we were threatened to not be able to use their app again, Because of their own Incompetence.How do you think we're feeling about Starbucks right about [email protected]##@!*[email protected]$!
I got a caramel frappe with whipped cream before work and literally got sent home because I was so violently Ill with food poisoning
Drove to this location specifically this morning at 6:23am, they are supposed to open at 6am! We were told at the drive thru they would be opening later than expected because employees were late getting to work. Are you kidding me? NOT ACCEPTABLE. So annoying.
I ordered a venti and he gave us a grande. We were charged for two ventis and when we tried to tell him it was a mistake he turned away from the window and continued to ignore us. I have gone here everyday and have run into a few issues but by far he was arrogant with his job and very rude. I am in disbelief by how rude he was and did not want to help the issue. I would not recommend terrible customer service.

I am a frequent customer who spends at least $80 worth of order every month at this location. It's a great location and place to do work or study, but it's been over several years since all most all the outlet against the walls don't work. I have put in a request directly with a manager there at least 10 times in the past year and nothing has been done. They said they cannot do anything about it because the landowner owns this place not Starbucks. What kind of excuse is that!? They need to realize fixing these kind of issues bring more people back!
Although my cranberry bliss fetish is gone this is always a pleasure to visit. Great staff
The baristas are super nice and quick. I had 2 drink orders that I did mobile order but I arrived faster then I thought. They made both my drinks and we were very satisfied with them.5 minute drive from my work so it’s easy to get to.
I had an iced green tea and a croissant, the baristas were very friendly and the service was fast.
