This is my first time at this specific location.Due to going green they only have menus on their website you just scan with your camera and boom.We sat down and Bailey our waitress brought us fries and fry sauce as soon as we sat. She took our drink orders she was very fast and efficient and really friendly. She then took our order the crazy thing she didn’t write it down she just remembered it and everything came out perfect. We ordered:Monster burgerCalifornia chicken burgerSmall onion ringsChicken wings they came with friesAll the fries that we could eat - it was a lot of food we didn’t finish it all.She gave us carriers and bags to take our stuff. We loved the red seasoning so much we even bought some to go.Everything was fresh and and hot.

Stopped in for a birthday lunch for my sister, the wait wasn’t horrible for lunch.Got seated and had a bit of a wait before being greeted or putting in orders. Thankfully had enough time for all 6 of us to pick out food so when greeted we could all get our orders in.Decent wait of about 30-40 minutes for food to get to the table, major saving grace was our server kept our drinks full and gave us fries for the table to eat while we wait…Overall the food was decent, but the service and watching half of the employees stand around in conversation rather than doing much of anything… not sure if we’ll be back.

Ordered the chicken wrap. It decent but not with $15 for one and fries. Should be more around $10. Fries aren't amazing, not horrible, but the sauce is really good. Again, just over priced. Astro burger or smash burger is a way better value. If they want to show more value, add a drink or ice cream in for that price since food costs for drinks or ice cream is pretty low, but adds perceived value.

I don't know why we keep going to this location save it be for ease of travel. There's nothing wrong with the food, but the staff as left much to be desired. Most recently, we were seated in the bar area. As soon as we didn't order any alcoholic beverages, we became 2nd class. Our drinks sat unfilled, our "bottomless fries" were tapped dry. Our burgers came out after an extended wait and not exactly hot. (Not to mention we got served the wrong food which is extremely dangerous for a table with food allergies that were expressed during the ordering faze.)Ignoring the temperature, the food tasted good, and when we had fries, they were great. It's just a shame that such a high potential restaurant has been scarred by "not very well hidden" favoritism towards guests.

It seems like things have really gone downhill. Maybe it's just too hard to get people who are willing to work to be selective or maybe there just hasn't been time to train anyone, but from the service given by the hostess and our waiter to a kitchen staff that apparently doesn't know what's on their burgers it was a bad experience for us. My burger was prepared incorrectly. When I finally got my server's attention to send it back, his suggestion was to just bring out one of the missing toppings. I explained it wasn't right at all, missing most of the elements that would make it the burger I ordered. He offered to remake the whole thing for me. After a long wait he came back with my same burger (I could see the hole in the top of the bun from the first pick that it comes out with). They had kind of warmed it up and thrown the other toppings on it. My wife's burger was also incorrect but she didn't want to say anything after they didn't do much to make mine right. I also overheard the manager talking to another table who's food was wrong. When the bill came I was relived to see my burger was comped, but actually he had just entered it again and comped the second one. It wasn't worth raising another stink so we paid and got out. Very disappointing experience overall.

The food is great but your staff needs to refrain from making inappropriate sounds and telling stories with curse words behind the wall. Everyone in the dining room can hear your staff's loud conversations and there were children present.I will keep coming back and hopefully next time the atmosphere will be more appropriate.P.S. Please stop having your servers bring the check out minutes after the food is delivered. Every time they say "No Rush", I feel RUSHED! Maybe I wanted to buy a desert

UPDATE:I actually have fallen back in love with Red Robin. They are very family friendly and still yummy.I love that they expanded their bottomless sides menu. The "finest" burger line is fun too.I recommend Burning Love. And the Buacamole Bacon Cheeseburger. It is a great place to take young kids. They serve fries to the table now and so now you can get a side and still enjoy their famous steak fries. The workers are friendly and even provided us with face masks when we weren't prepared for the most recent mask mandate. Our waitress did disappear a couple of times when we needed her most and so I would recommend that the waitresses make their rounds a bit more often.OLD REVIEW: Red Robin used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I love their bottomless fries. But ever since the introduction of the Tavern Double and the Elite line of burgers, the quality of everything seems to be going down. The last time I went to this particular Red Robin, I ordered the Whiskey BBQ Chicken Wrap, which has always been a winner in my book. But it seemed smaller than usual, very salty, with hardly any lettuce in it. I actually disliked it so much that I switched it out for the Bonzai Burger, which is also a favorite of mine. This also was a disappointment, as it appears that their burgers are no longer hand-shaped and made with a lower quality of beef. I'm kind of wondering if they introduced the Elite line so that they could switch all their other standard burgers to a lower quality ground beef. Very sad, as I have many fond memories at Red Robin. Searching for a better burger joint. :(

Old burger buns, burnt appetizer, my husband was served crunchy pieces of fries not even whole fries. Worst meal ever. Nothing was fresh, never coming back here.

Had lunch today at Red Robin in Murray. My burger was fine. My husbands burger was supposed to be beef but they gave him chicken. He ate it and said it was fine. Server never came over to ask how our meal was. Server never refilled our drinks and in fact came up to our table with bill in hand and said your done right? I asked him about the guacamole bacon burger my husbands meal he said it was supposed to be beef and just seemed uninterested that they served him chicken instead. Never got servers name because we only saw him 2x. When we ordered drinks and when he gave us the bill. It’s been years since we’ve been to Red Robin and have no plans on going back any time soon. Just super poor service and ok food.

They got us seated quickly, but then no wait staff came to even take drink orders. Went to ask after staff and they said they were sorry, they forgot to send a waitress, but she would be right there. Waited another 10 minutes and still no wait staff showed up to even say hello. We decided to leave without ever having interacted with any wait staff.
