Food was delicious and worth the money. We all loved the calamari and the cheddar biscuits, they are super good.
Walt Shrimp is always a great choice
Went here for my birthday because I LOVE fish & seafood and I hadn't been for years. It used to be my favorite restaurant. Sadly, it's not what it used to be. We waited over 25 minutes for our meal after ordering, they forgot to give us silverware, and they messed up on our drink order. They no longer pack up your leftovers for you, which I always felt was an extra special detail. We went fairly early on a Saturday evening, about 5 pm, and they were out of glasses, baskets for biscuits, plates and all sorts of other things. Their bathroom was literally one of the most disgusting public restrooms I've ever been in. For the amount you pay for your food, I expected a cleaner restaurant and more professional staff.
Really disappointed. Great service but food was WAY overpriced. Even for Lobster. There are better seafood places out there for a nice seafood dinner type experience. Might be a good place for a $10 meal but the lobster was over cooked. My girlfriend and I didn’t even finish it. The side of fries was a joke. I didn’t eat any before taking the picture. Food tastes reheated and I paid $120 that night. Cmon!Next time I’m cooking my seafood at home or going to one of the other places in the valley. I’m no chef. But I know better than to butcher seafood like this.
We enjoyed our Valentine's date here. We had a bottle of wine; I enjoyed this Seafarers platter, and my husband had the Shrimp platter. Everything was super tasty and made for a wonderful evening. We were so full when we left. Haven't been to Red lobster in years. The prices were decent and we need to come back here again soon.
Front desk manager was really unfriendly. Management needs to realize that's the face of your restaurant - first impressions can set the tone for your entire experience. Also we waited 50 minutes for a table! When we finally got seated we expected the place to be packed having to wait that long. Nope. Near empty, just no staff in guess. Food was okay, but honestly the taste of your food can be impacted by the customer service experience.
I have eaten here twice The first time the waitress forgot to put our order in as we didn’t get our food for 2 hours. We decided to give it another shot a few months later and we did open table. We got their at the specified time and they said that doesn’t guarantee us a time we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. They seem to struggle. Love red lobster but not this location :(
Horrible service, restaurant was dirty, worst Red Lobster experience ever.We ordered the Date Night for Two. Our food was served to us cold and so overdone the steak looked like cardboard. When I spoke to the manager, Ari, she didn't apologize she just started making excuses because we chose to sit in the open seating in the bar. I'm really unsure as to how that equated to overcooked and cold food...The bartender Jasmine was absolutely inept. I had to ask her to clear off the bar from the previous customers. She said she was working on it....except that the drawn butter had been sitting there long enough to completely congeal and harden. Two other couples sat in the bar after us and amazingly were served before we were. The one bright spot? Brittany, a server that was kind enough to bring butter after we waited for about 10 minutes after asking Jasmine. I asked if they were under staffed and she told me that they were actually OVER staffed. One server walked out because she wasn't given a table for over 2 hours. They should make Brittany the manager of the restaurant as she is the ONLY person that showed any customer service and empathy! Still waiting for them to remake our food....20 minutes later. Pathetic.*edit* our food finally made it out and the remake was fine. As we waited and finally had to ask for our check, the service manager Ari came back over and started lecturing me after I asked for her managers information. When I asked her to stop talking to me, she became more ignorant and rude. Finally, when I literally turned my back on her she stopped berating me.I have NEVER been treated this poorly in a dining situation. I asked for the general managers information but only received it AFTER I walked out of the restaurant because Brittany brought it out to me along with a gift card.Let me be clear, the ONLY employee of Red Lobster who apologized for this horrible experience was Brittany. The manager did not.
Went for a late lunch and it was wonderful. The food was amazing. The calamri was a little chewy but still good. But the main course was amazing. I had the salmon and shrimp scampi and my man had the sirloin and the scampi and when his steak came out wrong they fixed it right away and we ate everything. I think we were out waiters last table because he left when we did but he never made us feel rushed at all. It was a great experience and I will be back
My mom and I were a little cold inside the restaurant
