UPDATE They canceled my delivery because I didn't list my phone number. What a stupid response if you want to keep customers. If you require the phone number then lock the entry field so that it requires a valid number.. I will never use this pizza hut again. I'm going to the competition in the future.--------------------I ordered my pizza at 315 pm. It was to arrive by 4 pm. It is now after 5 pm and no pizza. So I called the store. I get put on hold while they connect my call and when the call connects they immediately hang up on me. More than once I might add. I'm not impressed. If you are short staffed tell me so I can go somewhere else. I don't appreciate paying $40 for a ''DEAL'' just to wait and get hung up on.

I will NEVER order from this location again!! I completely understand having a long wait for delivery considering the lack of employees. We waited over an hour and a half for our pizza, which I was fine with. What I am not good with is receiving pizza that is ice cold and hard. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one bread stick and 12 wings. I spent $69.80 for the order and $12.56 for the tip. When I called to speak to someone, I was literally told, that's to bad. I explained I wasn't upset about the wait, but ice cold, hard pizza is just not ok. The man I spoke to said this is a franchise location, so there wasn't anything that could be done.

Pizza Hut website accepted my order online even though the store was apparently closed. My pizza was never delivered. Restaurant won't answer their phone, corporate won't respond to my inquiry, and I've not been refunded; although after driving 15 minutes to the store I was told it will eventually happen automatically (it's already been five days). Filing a credit card dispute this Monday if it's not resovled.

Was told there would be a 50 minute wait when I placed my order. I waited about 40 minutes, and then drove 15 minutes to the location to pick up.When I arrived, I notified the store I was there for a curbside pick up. About 10 minutes later, I entered the store to see how much longer I would be waiting.I was told that they had not even started my order. They had "forgotten to make it". They said they could make it now, but it would take 20 more minutes. My name was up on the TV screen and everything showing I had an order placed.The location was very dirty. It made me uncomfortable thinking about eating food prepared in there. There were 3 employees standing around doing nothing at all except looking at their phones.This is the 2nd time I've had an experience like this at this specific location. I don't plan on ordering from this location again. I'll go to another one a little further away in the future.

Usually they're really good but this store is closed for maintenance. No notice on Google, the website or app. Also, 3 staff at the call center either put me on hold or transferred me to the store with one saying I was being transferred to her manager but no one ever picked up. It was the 4th employee who told me this location is closed for maintenance. No idea how long.

Placed an order about an hour and 30 mins ago. Never got my order. Had to have Pizza Hut customer service try to a hold of the store..was on on hold for 25 mins. Hopefully I get a refund. Don't recommend ordering from here. You will not get your food.

Super upset! I ordered delivery and when I got the pizza it was cold and hard disgusting! I live in Murray so its not like they had to drive far to where my pizza had become cold. Also I paid extra from some ranch sauce and didn't get it! I don't think I will order from this location ever again.

Rude people to deal with. Rude, rude. My order came 1 hour late and when I called to inquiry about it, they hung up on me 4 times. Nobody every got the decency to talk to me, they kept disconnecting the phone call. Just like that. Would I ordered again from this location? NO. Not to mention that the person who took the order was very dismissive and vague on the phone. I repeated my address about 3 times to him and he still asked me to do it again.

I was on hold for over 20 minutes. As soon as we finally got through and gave them and gave them our out of state number we were immediately put on hold again, just to find out this number is not an actual store we were told it's only a call center. Will NEVER call Pizza Hut again in SLC

I placed an order through your app, and waited over an hour past the projected arrival time. My order never arrived. I finally gave up and purchased food elsewhere. It was incredibly aggravating to wait over two hours, only to still have no food. I was late to bed because of the extreme delay. I am not confident that I will be returning to pizza hut as a customer.
