Fast and friendly employees. $17 seems a bit much for a medium GF BBQ chicken.
It's 2022. We played the mask game in 2020, 2021, and enough time has gone by to know that THEY DON'T WORK. I walked in like I have for the past 2 years and the first thing I was asked was "DO YOU HAVE A MASK?" Yes, I have one, but I'm not wearing it! Would you like my order? While making my pizzas, she said, it's not my idea, I am told to say that. I understand. Shame on the owner! If you don't want my business, I will go somewhere else that does. Hasn't enough businesses and lives and jobs been destroyed in the name of COVID? ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!!
Always love papa Murphys. Good prices for good quality pizza. May have to cook your self but the topings are always fresh and mind blowing. This location has never messed up any of my orders. They get everything out in a timely manner. Highly recomend this location for all your take and bake pizzas.
Calling a pick up order means they won’t start in it until you show up and pay. That’s when they actually will get started. The female manager, when asked to refund my order, randomly asked my about my family for no reason. Randomly asked me if my 10 year old son worked there. Maybe trying poorly at stand-up comedy? I support minimum wage pay for minimum wage jobs based on this experience.
Used to love this place but after this last experience I’m done. 1/2 mile down the road is little Caesar’s and they have upped their game. Sorry but when I have to cook the pizza and it’s stuck to the “pan” they give , end up throwing it away and eating something else I will pass on throwing my money away.

I have never had a problem there before but I called this evening at 7:40pm asking what time they closed. The first time I called someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called back and the guy that answered sounded very unhappy I was calling or calling back. I simply asked what time they closed, the response was “we close in 8 minutes.” I asked if they closed at 7:48pm seeing as my phone showed the time as 7:40pm, it isn’t even 8pm yet and I’m leaving this review before they even close tonight. If he would have just said 8pm, I would have just said thank you and figured something out but that call was just awful customer service. Pretty unfortunate, I always tip pretty big there because they do such a good job. ☹️
Helpful hint: Create your own---> Garlic sauce---> Extra sauce---> no other toppings. You'll die, it's so good! Add that to the very nice employees, and it's the perfect day!
