Worsts customer service ever. If they could get a big zero they would. There’s and old guy by the name of Robert who would not serve two kids that wait in line. They asked for a bowl and Robert kept giving them empty bowls until they had to leave. When my turn came up he got upset that I was looking for the teriyaki chicken and when I said “this is what I want” he ignored me as well. I asked for the manger and he was as useless and Robert. He even said “oh well” when I was explaining what Robert did. People like them need to find a job that does not require good customer service!! Also, Robert went to the bathroom and did not wash his hands, he didn’t even take off the serving gloves he had on and went back to work with them.

An older gentleman by the name of Robert was fixing plates. A coworkers, Natalie, began arguing with him about the way he was doing something. He argued back. I'm not here to take sides, just to let you know this happened during the lunch rush while customers kept piling up. Most of the food bowls were empty so they seem to stay busy during lunchtime. My food was almost given to someone else because of the bickering between Natalie and Robert. Overall not the best Panda Express visit for me.

There was an older man serving and I think he mightve been in training or something. I had to tell him nearly everything twice, walked away when I asked for a straw he hadn't yet given me, and barely filled my tray with the chicken I ordered. I got a kids meal size since I'm a smaller person and he only filled the meat halfway. Didn't include cookie and when I asked for it, he handed me the apple chips and when I clarified I meant the cookie, he said "nope we don't serve the cookies anymore we don't have them" though it was still on the menu. I hate having to ask the employees multiple times for things or complain because I don't want to be difficult. I've never worked at Panda but have worked in fast food nearly 5 years and I wouldn't think it's difficult to fill the food all the way instead of halfway. They were at least nice enough to cook it fresh off the bat for me. Soda was almost out of syrup but at this point I'd rather not have to get another thing corrected.

I have had issues with freshness, bad attitude from several people even the manager Jorge and my favorite panda is no longer this location and i will never come back here and i will tell my grandchildren not to eat here either i am disappointed this location has just gone downhill and i do not recommend to anyone

Absolutely horrible customer customer service. As someone who has been in customer service for many years I understand customer service. More than once, I have visited this location with the same results. I asked for a cost, was told one thing than at checkout was told something different with no resolution on the issues.This is not this first time I have had an experience less than par at this location!If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had to be the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Food had no flavors, the lady serving the food was so impatient and rude I don't think I will ever go back and don't recommend this ? to anyone..

The staff was friendly and the food was good.

Not sure I have ever seen anyone that looks like they hate there job more than the lady who took my money.

By far the most rude people that I have ever experienced in the hospitality industry. Not only will I never go there again but I will strongly advise everyone I know to never do business with particular Panda Express.
