So I ordered online through the app so my wife could pick it up on her way home and when she walked in they demanded a confirmation number and refused to give her the food that was paid for. In the email I received it specifically says that the confirmation number is NOT REQUIRED for pick up. On top of that and the girl running the front counter being extremely rude they didnt give me the drink that I paid for with my childs meal. I will NOT be ordering from here again and will do the extra drive to go to another location to avoid this horrible service.
Frozen carrots and peas in the fried rice. Watched the chow mein freshly made for my order and still was cold. They need to retrain the cooks they obviously don't know their job. Find a different location if your wanting a good meal!!!!!
Ordered online through Uber eats, I ordered a family feast and the only thing that was full was the orange chicken box. I also ordered 2 orders of the rangoons and they were shoved into a medium a la carte so they all fell apart and were way soggy. I work @ a panda so I know how it should be, this is so disappointing lmaooo and it looks like I’m not the first one who’s had a problem :/ I get that online orders are an inconvenience but this is so annoying ???

This has got to be the worst Panda Express on the Planet! From rude/cold employees to freshness and flavor of the choice’s! I’ve traveled and lived across the country and have tried this place 3 times! Each time seems to be worse! It’s management and ownership should be ashamed!

Can't really go wrong with panda express but they were very fast with my food and I was able to get in and out during what seemed like a heavy rush.
Worst experience I've ever had at Panda express. Had an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:15, didn't end up being ready for another 40 minutes after they claimed someone else walked off with it. They just threw everything in the container really sloppy no care whatsoever. The manager hid in the back of the store while the employee in the front tried to make the situation better. Needless to say I won't ever go back to this Panda location.
Food is good, I've been to different places that there food was not good. This was good food. We did order ahead which was nice, I might try to do that more often.
I am super happy with the performance of the manager Brian he has been one of the best encounters with a fast food manager in a long time he found a solution to a slight problem I had with a order and didn’t make it a big deal and made sure to keep “the customer happy” bravo panda 10/10
