Although not authentic Italian, Olive Garden has some great dishes. While I don't enjoy their red sauce because it's too sweet and reminds me of RAGU that we would get as children, the chicken and shrimp dishes are really good. The pasta is always cooked correctly and they regularly add new items to the menu to keep it fresh.Some people call it the McDonald's of Italian food but I would give them more credit than that.
I can easily say the best experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant was at this Olive Garden location, they were packed inside, my order was scheduled to be ready in 25 minutes, and they still managed to bring my food five minutes early on my to Go order. From start to finish the food was amazing, every employee was kind, and they all had an excited and happy energy it was contagious and honestly made my day. Even when we had a communication error with our food, the manager personally delivered the correction to me, and he was kind and understanding, and went the extra mile to make it up to us. Mistakes happen, but I’ve never had such a positive experience like I did today, they made me feel important, even though the error could have easily been on our side. I would 100% recommend them, and I think every employee on shift should get a raise.
Solid B+. I wanted to see if I really was treated like family. Almost. While the food was surprisingly good, no one yelled at me or hurled insults. Come on, we’re family! Everyone in our party loved their food and there was plenty to fill us up and some to take home. Breadsticks were soft, hot and plentiful (like a fine woman). Salad was tossed perfectly. Service was courteous and attentive. Great evening.
Fresh unlimited salad comes with entree purchase, but have them put the dressing on the side so they don’t drown it!
First of all, the food and our server were both very good. So why 3 stars? The little things are all missing...Salt, pepper, sugar at the table? Nope. Had to ask for the bread that is included with the soup and salad. I understand why coffee was delivered in a carafe, but that makes it tepid when poured. Creamer was served in a small ramekin (sloppy). So to summarize; same quality food and service you would expect, but the quality in the details I would expect in the past has suffered possibly due to pandemic restrictions. Not really anxious to go out to dinner when so many of the little touches are gone.
Worse customer service ever! We made a reservation at 6pm for a birthday dinner. We got a text message saying to arrive on time and that they would hold our table for 10 minutes. Well we arrive 10mins before and the guy with curly hair told us it would be 5 minutes they are cleaning a table off. We waited and waited for 30 minutes before we went up and asked them again how long it would be, he stated it would be 5 more minutes so we waited again then we saw 5 party of 7-10 peoples that came after us go in first. So I got up and asked the guy again after waiting a hour after our reservation and the guy say oh a table just open up give us 5 minutes while we clean it. I stated I have given you an hour and you have just given us the run around and he laughed at us… we come to this place often for family dinners for him to just laugh at us and didn’t apologize was very rude and out of place! I hope you could find a better system and better hostess!
The food portions were awesome. I ordered the Salmon. It was delicious and was cooked nicely, as was the broccoli.My order was Take Out.I was a bit disappointed in the salad, many brown pieces. Lettuce was still crisp and decent to eat aside from slightly old. Not enough tomatoes on the salad.They didn't forget anything in the order, not even the little things.I will definitely return.
Definitely one of the best Olive Gardens we have been to. The Management here does a fantastic job creating an excellent dining experience. Our server and Gaby did a top-notch job making sure that our dining experience was the best it could be. She was super attentive and helpful and our drinks never ran out. The food was hot and fresh. This Olive Garden is definitely doing it right!
We had a wonderful dinner! Carrie was excellent and so polite. The food was delicious and the service was quick and efficient! My kids had great food as well.
Get the sparkling water soda drink! I can’t remember the exact name but it was awesome! Also, go sit at the bar. It is right by the kitchen and the food comes out very fast and hot and fresh!
