The food was very delicious. I ordered the penne Rosa with chicken. Very good. The sauce had a small spicy kick to it. Will order that again. The only issue I had was the young lady taking our order would cut me off while I was giving my order but we got through it. I think she must have been new and was on her own at the register...nervous. All in all it was a good dinner.
These guys close at 10pm and the manager just refused me service at 9pm because they “are closing soon (in 1 hour?)” and “are no longer taking in person orders” because “he doesn’t want to be there all night”. He then explained that i could put my order in online if i wanted. How does that help with being short staffed? It doesn’t, but okay.Tell you what… I’ll just eat somewhere else. That way there’s less work for you guys.
We attempted to eat here , but were not successful. Entered restaurant at 9:20 PM on a Friday, only be told that they could not take our order in store. Instead, we had to complete an order online via the app. Keep in mind, they close at 10pm and had 3 employees standing around talking, and not actively working. By the time that I downloaded the app, created an account, added my order and CC info... it was 9:31 and the cutoff for online orders is 9:30 pm. I was told that there was nothing that they could do. The smugness of the guy behind the counter ensured that I will never eat at another Noodles and Company again!!
Been there twice in the last 2 months. I don't like hard crunchy pasta lol. We both threw out food away when we got home. I won't be back for a third try. One star is one to many
I would highly recommend not to try and order online. That’s what I did and got messages saying it wouldn’t go through so I just went in and ordered. Then once I was about to leave notice an email confirmation come through! Tried to cancel it and the manager didn’t care and made me pay for both. Also food was made poorly and gave me food poisoning!
Didnt have money on card to place online order asked if they could make an exception so i could buy dinner item for my kid and girl with glasses was very rude and refused to take my order. I get your busy but no need to be rude
Three Cheese Tortellini Rosa w/ Parmesan Crusted Chickenis Awesome! I have found that the spiciness varies, which is disappointing as I like it hot, like the first time I had it.That they can't serve their toasted garlic bread in this century due to supply issues is unfathomable! I could get bread from Winco and make it . . . Couldn't they?Overall, this is a great place for pasta. The pics are my own cooking - a qualifier for my palet and culinary expertise.
I cannot say enough nice things about picking up an order here.Clear signs point out the pickup and in-store dining areas, there was an employee politely supervising and checking names to make sure only the right person picked up my order, and the food was ready fast, and frankly delicious. I also like how they set up the door dash menu - when I removed a topping, it gave me the chance to substitute another. The noodles are impressively customizable too, and it even asks if you'll need silverware - no charge, you can just skip it if you don't want to waste the plastic. The salad was remarkably fresh, the noodles were well-mixed and everything was distributed well and evenly, with a little extra along the top for garnish, so there was no running out of topping halfway through like I'm used to. Try the side salad, and garlic cream tortellini with grilled chicken. Toss some croutons on there, too.Masks are strongly encouraged. You can tell they're careful about every detail, which is comforting.
Super sad when I was told they no longer serve the cheesy garlic bread. It was half the reason I ever went there.
Food was absolutely delicious and the cashier was really nice. Reason for the 3 star rating was that the Come Freestyle machine wasn't working properly (carbonation was really off) and they continued to sell fountain drinks knowing that they were tasting bad. If the machine wasn't working, they should have mentioned it and said that they don't have fountain drinks available. It was a waste of $6.
