Placed an order on the mobile app and when I arrived I told them I had a mobile order they claimed that they couldn't find it, I asked them if they needed the code - other McDonald's usually ask for this right after I say I have a mobile order. They asked for everything but the code so I said, "do you need the code?" And they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up giving them the code for the mobile order and they just sat there and said they didn't have it (didn't enter it anywhere or even look away from me when I gave it). So I pulled out of the drive thru into the parking lot and tried to call to talk to someone about how to get it (it was already paid in the app otherwise I would have just placed a new order), as soon as someone answered they said "you're the mobile order, we don't have it." When I heard that I asked to speak to a manager and got the "I am the manager" from that person. So I called corporate for help, the person who answered was great, told me I could have the order transferred in the app to another McDonald's, so we did that, went to 7200s and just off the freeway and when I got there I had no issues whatsoever, I gave them the order code and had it in just a minute.

Food was good. Yet when I was attempting to be kind (after working all night) the gal at the window rolled her eyes at me?I drove off without taking it out on her. It would be helpful if administration would discuss the fact that our faces speak to our patrons as well as our words.

The service here needs some serious improvements. The staff at this McDonald's seem to have harder time understanding my order they always put sugar in coffee when i order it with cream and Splenda. They get my order wrong 3 out 5 times. When ive gone inside to order they expect me to order on the touch screen self order but Everytime I go to pay with my card it doesn't work when I select finish order and go to pay it never works when I enter my card it doesn't read it or give option to enter card, so then everytime I have to insist they ring me up instead & the guy working is always rude about it because hes runnin the drive thru too on the front registers & seems he's the only cashier or they must not have enough help with the morning and afternoon rushes

I got charged for a larges iced coffee that I didn't order I paid for it not knowing it was on the receipt told them I would take it since I had paid for it and they didn't give it to asked for a large fry with my food they gave me a small in a medium container didn't even know what sweet and sour sauce was when I asked for it it's like they didn't know how to work there I'm mad about my money being taken. I'm tempted to apply there just to teach them how to work in a fast food restaurant. It's ridiculous.

First time in two years I've been to McDonald's. I will only patronize establishments with open lobbies. Went here after learning they have in dining. First of all thank you for that. Second, thank you for making our $50 customized order perfect, and hot ??? and fresh!!!

Went in ~7pm. Restaurant is empty but there are ~10 employees. After waiting a few minutes to be recognized, I was told to use the kiosk. Okay, I guess. But then the kiosk requires you to scan a "table tent" to complete your order. I don't know what that means and I can't figure it out myself. So I go to the counter. In the 12 minutes I stood there, I said "excuse me" in four different languages a dozen times. Finally, someone comes to help me. He says I should have just entered a random number because they don't have table tents anymore. How am I supposed to know that? Meanwhile, the restaurant is still empty and employees are playing on their phones. I got an M&M McFlurry, which was way smaller than I remember them being. The M&Ms weren't mixed in at all.

Worst customer service on the planet. I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time and definitely not go to this McDonald's. Next time have people that pay attention to there customers. Have me waiting on 3 sausage Mcmuffins

Skimpiest servings ever received at a McDonald’s. Definitely will never go to this location again. The McFlurries were well below the rim and fries were barely visible in the container.

It's McDonalds and you know what you're getting yourself into. This visit, the drive through lines were cut to one, so our wait was longer than pleasant. They made up for it by serving hot fresh food. Not your typical emergency meal situation. The wait was worth it.

Each McDonald's is its own interesting institution in itself. I try to rate on the difference between others and overall food quality and service. I ordered using the mobile app. All went well until I decided to go through the drive thru. It was backed up hard core. They did cycle through orders at an ok rate. Could have been a little faster. The app worked amazing though. I do recommend to order and pay ahead of time. That app gets 5 stars from me.The fries here ROCKED. They were still warm to hot and the right amount of salt. The fries are my favorite at McDonald's. The crispy chicken sandwich was a 2. The patty was for sure sitting in a warmer a while and was rubbery. The sauce was only on one side of my sandwich so it was dry over all. The service workers were noticeably tired and stressed. When I got to the window to get my order, she just handed it to me and said "Here!" That was it. I am very impathetic to people working in the food industry and fast food. After all I did it for about 6 years when I was younger. That being said, it makes it hard to say what's going on with someone that just gives it to you and says here. Some part of an individual should at least have pride in your customers. So I give this place a 3. I have had better and worse McDonald's. It's the people that do make a difference.
