Every time I’ve ate here my order is always wrong, I got door dash from here as well, the bag didn’t have a seal, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 20 nuggets and two med fries with a shamrock shake and sprite, I got 2 singles with no cheese, ten piece nugget and 2 small fries with a Dasani water. Only giving it 2 stars because when they get ur order right the nuggets are good at least.
This place is always a pain to get food from. I hate that they are the closest McDonald's to my house. They are never friendly, always mess up my order, always out of something you want. They act like its a chore to do their job. Food is never hot always just barely warm. Nothing taste fresh ever! Do not recommend. I only ever get this McDonald's when I am desperate for something to eat. I am ashamed to say thats more often then I would like. I always regret getting food from this place. Only 2 stars cause sometimes the breakfast staff can make good food.
Ordered and got food, no straws or napkins. No big deal, right? That would be right at any other McDonald's, but not this one. Thanks for making something simple and straight forward an impossible task without climbing back into your drive through line. Don't bother calling, they don't care.
This place is a lifesaver when I crave McDonalds breakfast menu. For the longest of time they've done all day breakfast. I will warn that depending on the staff your order could be wrong so be sure to check your bags before pulling off, I have also received a bit of sassy glares in response to wanting a correct order. Understandable but if I pay for it, I hope to get it.
All most every time I go to this McDonald's I have to go back, because they forgot something in my order. I check it before I leave usually or it would be even more frustrating. After going through the drive thru I have to park and get out with all my kids to go get whatever it is they forgot which last time was 2-10 piece nuggets. They do have better prices than some of the other McDonald's though.
So while their dinig room is closed, luckily they allowed us to order inside. The food was cold before we even was able to try to sit down! The nice cashier allowed my wife and myself and our two boys, 1 and 2 years old, to sit in the dining room to eat, which was wonderful as it was 21 degrees outside! No sooner did we sit down, someone else came and told us all to leave. So, our already cold food, was even colder before we were able to eat it! My 25$ was wasted! Will not eat here again!
Order mobile order and waited 25 minutes in parking lot , no one came out brought my order. Called 3 times and no picked up the phone. I asked employee who entering Mcdonald, but she doesn't understand any English. Finally i left without food.
Do not use the McDonald's app here and do not use your points. I used my points for a mocha frappa on the app. I sat for 20 minutes and finally had to come inside for them to tell me the mocha frappe machine was out and they would not be giving me my points back. The workers are also rude.
If your looking for something cheap and edible, you'll get it here. There's nothing inherently wrong with the taste of their food, but I cutting corners they have sacrificed flavor.
Why are you serving lettuce that has clearly gone bad? And the burgers were burnt to a crisp. I am afraid I'm going to have food poisoning tomorrow with how unfresh that was. I'm not letting my husband eat it. I called twice to get an explanation and no one picked up and your mailbox is apparently full, which means you dont check or care. Never going to or ordering from this location again until I can see stuff is in order.
