The pizza, cheesy bread & wings were great, especially for the price but what really stood out here for us this last visit was the service. We live nearby so come here for a quick big dinner when we have friends & family over for sporting events or get togethers but this last time I was in, a gentleman by the name of Cam really took care of us. We got 2 large pizzas, 15 wings & cheesy bread for take out in under 15 minutes of ordering and he gave us all of the promos before ordering so we knew the most cost effective way to do it along with making sure we got our correct order in on time. Really great team & they really value your experience as a customer, will continue coming here for a long time with the level of service we’ve gotten!
First time eating Marcos Pizza tonight. . WOW is all I can say! I ordered delivery online. Easy Peasy! Tracker said order would arrive at 831pm. Delivery driver called at 8:32pm telling me our order was on the front porch!!!! Right on target! We ordered the Chicken Florentine pizza. By far the best pizza I've eaten. Everyone loved it. . Not heavy, not greasy. Very impressed! Greek Salad was on point. . Yes. . We ordered the double chocolate brownies. Perfect! We'll order again for sure!!!
I ordered a pizza here because my friend recommended you guys and the pizza ended coming 1 hour late.I was extremely upset at the time and wanted to give it some time before i wrote a review. A week later I get a phone call that I would get compensation for the late pizza because they had several orders this happened to.Apparently its common for this store to deliver 1 hour late and not offer explanations. Today since I was told about the compensation, i decided to log in and check my account for the discount to give it another chance. I saw that its only a 2 or 3 dollars off the pizza. For a chance that I would get cold pizza and a horrible customer service experience, it is most definitely not worth paying $17-20 for another chance at cold pizza, not to mention the coupon code expires in 2 days. The window to accept their "compensation" is not big at all.The pizza quality was good but Im very disappointed and dissatisfied about the cold food and delivery time.
How do you go from a 10 to a 0?? I don't know either, but that is what Marco's Pizza in Murray, Utah has done. It used to be great pizza and great Customer service. What happened????Yesterday my son's friends were visiting and we decided to order a Large peperoni Magnifico, a Large Deluxe pizza and cheese bread (A total of $43.33). We place the order at 8:00 pm, the guy who took the order was really clueless, but after finally placing the delivery order he said that the pizza would be here in 20 minutes. Great right?! 20 minutes went by...30 minutes went by.. 40 minutes 1 hour, I called Marco's pizza to see what was going on, the person that answer said, Ma'am the driver is on his way and you'll get your pizza. 9:15 p.m my son's friends left. I drove to Marco's pizza as is only about 5 minutes from my home, I went in and spoke to Rob, and asked him about making my order and that I would take it myself, Rob said that the delivery driver was outside and that he would give me my pizza, and yes, the delivery driver was outside with a bunch of pizzas! and Rob wanted me to take that cold, 1 hour long sitting on his car pizza, I asked for a refund and Rob went in, punched some numbers and he said done, your refund is on your card, no way Jose, give me a receipt! he couldn't figure out how to print a refund receipt? wink..wink.. I am checking my account to make sure I get my refund, I'll keep you all posted.Did I mentioned that I wasn't greeted? not at any point I heard please, thank you, or, I am sorry?? Marco's Pizza, going down the drain in customer service. That is a shame. :(
We're from out of town, wanted pizza. Put pizza place near me in maps and it took me to Marcos. Never having eaten at Marcos before, when we pulled up our first thoughts was oh this isn't what we were looking for. But we decided to eat order anyway. I gotta say we were very pleased by the price and the quality of the pizza!!
The BEST pizza place in Utah. We’re from out of town and we like to try smaller pizza places when we travel. Most of the time we’re majorly disappointed and would’ve done better with a digornos frozen pizza. But this place was great! Everything you want in a pizza it was a great price, the place was clean, the pizza itself was tasty. Kinda like a domino’s pizza but without the grease that makes you sick. Great sauce, good cheese and great toppings. We will definitely be coming back!
Can actually make a good pizza compared to every other pizza place around here. Perfect amount of cheese and toppings! Got it within 15 mins on a Friday night!
Kam the general store manager was amazing! He was working the front register when I placed my order and provided some of the best customer service ever! The pizza was ? better then pizzahut and domino's!
The service is stupidly SLOW! Took over an hour to get my pizza delivered which was uncutand also they forgot my drink. Called to get my drink and was promised a free pizza, which never came! Called to speak with a manager to be on a 30 minute hold for their mess up and then to have them hang up on me is very unprofessional and uncalled for!! Just lost a loyal customer!!
Went in, ordered two carryout specials. Large two topping pizzas for 8.99 each.First one was a home run. Hawaiian is a pretty basic pizza. Nice job guys.Second pizza, not exactly a brain buster. I asked for philly beef, green bell pepper and cheesy white sauce, not red sauce. I made sure to intentionally say it loud enough 4 times so there wouldn't be any confusion. Somehow, I ended up with Philly beef green peppers and red sauce.I called them to let them know, but the only time they picked up the phone was to hang it up without saying a thing. So glad I didn't order delivery! These guys probably wouldn't have had the nerve to drive through the storm like I had to do. It wasn't even busy when we were in there listening to them playing around and goofing off. 2 stars because the first pizza wasnt screwed up.
