Oh can I just say I love the food, and lately I know the industry is hurting, I currently had a order delivered to me by a very nice man in a red hat, he noticed I needed help and offered to help me, I thought that guy was so nice, most people just drop food at my door. Not too many Courteous people left these days! Thanks to that man for bringing in my garbage can.
I went into jimmy John today to order a sandwich I was given the wrong one. I called them back Chelsea answered I told her I got the wrong sandwichShe said yea right! bring it back and I will get another I asked can you get it started I'm at lunch she said NO bring back the sandwich and we will get you another. I went back with the sandwich and she said Open up the paper wrap so I can make sure you got the wrong sandwich and to make sure it's from here and not from somewhere else WOW! I did open the wrapper and she then said ok the trash is right there, now throw it away. I have been going there for years and everyone has always been so nice until today.
I've been going to this Jimmy John's since they opened. Last time I was their, I waited in line for at least 15 mins. The service has gone down hill in the last year!
These guys are always hopping busy! But they are also on spot every sing time! We have never had a bad experience at all here and it’s always fresh and delicious! Tonight with our order I earned a free side of guacamole and redeemed it! The ladies eyes just lit up when they seen the excitement in my little boys eyes because he loves everything avocado! Thank you jimmy johns in Murray! Keep up the great work!
I ordered from here specifically for the fast delivery they are known for, but it’s been an hour & 20 min and my sandwich still isn’t here. I live 8 minutes away so I should have just driven at this point, but when I called they told me the sandwich is already out for delivery. That call happened 50 min ago…I just wish the website had given a time frame before I ordered so that I could know what to expect because all I had in mind was the “freaky fast” delivery I have heard so much about.UPDATE: the sandwich finally arrived after a little over 80 min. I did get a kind text from the delivery driver that I appreciated. The staff seems great, I think it’s just tough being understaffed.
I just want to say I am so grateful to Julie and Chelsea from Jimmy John’s. I had a mishap happen with one of my orders on a late night end it was quickly addressed by the store manager. I called in on Saturday Which is today and I was taking care of properly thank you so much Jimmy John’s this is my favorite locations you guys are amazing. Dawn
Not worth the delivery the drive there is probably 5 minutes. My trans time was 12:33 and they got here at 1:20 they forgot my straw to my drink and chips. It is also missing mustard I added and it's not cut in half... Awesome job guys ??
This place delivers to my office frequently. When I saw the beefy blue advertised I decided to try it. FREAKY fast and FREAKY delicious. I hope this item finds a permanent spot on the menu.
