Some of the service I've had in a long time! I came in a little after 12 am. Our waitress was super attentive and fast. And it was actually really busy too. So impressed. I wish I would have gotten her name! She deserves recognition for her hard work!
The staff made our visit rad. The food however was not spectacular. But you don't go to an IHOP expecting gourmet or upscale. I bet the drink rush here slaps hard than a bible belt grandma. But seriously the staff here we're almost too accommodating, consistently pushing good service, and being decent people even when it got busy.Maybe the food isn't the best, and the atmosphere is like any other IHOP, but the people there make it great.
This IHOP is in Murray, Utah. It's in a good location. It's in a shopping plaza that has a Barnes and Noble in plaza. So after you have had breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can go and look around in Barnes and Noble and walk off breakfast. And possibly replenish your reading? supplies!The waitress was very nice and took our order right away. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms.I had a delicious SW poblano omelet and we also had a Denver omelet. They were both delicious and came piping hot. The coffee was also fresh and the waitress always brought more fresh coffee. She also brought us a large bowl of half and half pods and Hazelnut creamer for our coffee. We never had to ask for more.All in all everything was perfect. I would definitely return to this IHOP!
This IHOP was clean and the waitresses were attentive. They also have good deals with their pancakes right now.
Great service; they were friendly and very fast getting our order ready. So we can get our take-out and get home quickly. It was very late at night, and we had been at the hospital all night already. They were very helpful and understanding of our situation. Great service Awesome Manager!!
There are these two servers there that work the graveyard shift, who have stunned me. They were there a month ago and saw them again tonight. THERE IS A SHORTAGE of EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE… and these two along with their kitchen staff handle it all so well. There is a little bit of wait time to be seated, but it is still pretty busy for 1 o’clock in the morning. I hope their supervisors recognize their efforts, because they do put up with a lot and never lose their cool. Thanks guys!
We came at a busy time so a wait was understandable and luckily not long, the part that was quite a let down was the food itself. The hash-browns were soggy and the chicken was raw! We got out meal payed for but the food was a major disappointment.
Great staff and food was great! Due to a friend not picking me up, I had to wait the cold night out til 7 am camped out at a table. They waitress kindly moved me at a table with an outlet so I was able to charge my phone and accessories, and I was able to organize & rewrite into my notebook several months of notes and journal entries. It was the first time I've ever ordered chicken and waffles and it was delicious! Waitress patiently and kindly refilled my coffee throughout the night after and peacefully let me be until I left! Thank you IHOP staff, I really appreciate you!
My girlfriend and I decided to have a little dinner date and we chose your location due in part because we wanted to try the new pancakes and because of the time at night, one of the few places open still. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. Kept our drinks full and made sure we were taken care of! We left her a note for her good work. I wish I could remember her name...
It was overall okay. The food was great. Staff was friendly. Just a little irritated as we waited in the lobby as multiple staff members just looked our way and then glanced somewhere else. It happened multiple times, before we were seated.
