I love Domino’s, but this location is a joke.Every time I order carry out from the website, it’s late, the service is crude at best, and the people who work there act as if they hate life. It’s been great thanks to the free pizzas they offer if they don’t deliver it to your car within 2 minutes of arriving, so I can capitalize on their incompetence again and again until they hopefully get it right one day. Sadly, that day hasn’t come.So instead, I highly recommend the other one down the street on 6064 S State Street - that one is way better, and their staff is awesome too. This one, however, should have a new owner/franchisee come in and show how to run a business properly.

Online order wasn't a problem. Nice and easy. Just the wait really sucked. They gave me a wait time of 38-45 minutes. 1 hr and 20 minutes later the driver shows up.. Not mad at the driver but who likes cold pizza? Really? Yeah the wait was bad the pizza was cold and I messaged Jason the manager twice and never responded back. I won't be ordering here again and if I do I'll be picking it up

Delivery Order- Episode 2. January 2022 Scroll for Episode 1 The saga continues... We have ordered again from this location since our last mishap (see below) with no issues. Tonight after a 10 hour shift and 2 hungry kids, we decided to order pizza. Order placed 6:15. Pizza delivered at 8pm. We live 4 minutes from the store. Tried calling, with no luck- of course. Order was wrong- our medium cheese was a large cheese, and our large with 4 toppings was a medium. Even had a stray piece of bacon- which was not one of the ordered toppings. Jason's quality checks are on par with his customer service skills (or lack thereof). If I didn't want a specific pizza, I would have gone to the store (because... well.. the phones don't work) to tell them to give me a random pizza. Tried calling again- my mistake, duh. No answer. Will be calling corporate tomorrow, but not feeling too optimistic. At least our driver actually drove a car this time. John gets ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (as opposed to Bicycle Buzz.....) Added bonus- Surprise! The pizza was ACTUALLY hot this time! November 2021- 'episode 1' Are negative stars an option in 2021? Because this place deserves them! Absolutely. Terrible. We just moved to a new place 4 minutes from this store. We have never ordered from this location before. Ordered food at 5pm. Got confirmation email etc. Waited, and waited, and waited. Checked the tracker multiple times Finally at 5:57pm, the tracker said "Jason is quality checking your order." It said this until 7:12pm! At that time, it changed to "Buzz left the store at 7:09. 2 hours after we ordered????!!!! 5 minutes later, it went back to "quality check." We called the store MULTIPLE TIMES from different phones only for it to say "a pizza specialist manager will be with you shortly" and it would automatically hang up! We called other locations to try and contact this one with no luck. At 7:30 we drove to the store to demand a refund. They claimed their phones were down. Ya ok- send an email then. They claimed they "only had 3 delivery drivers and 40 orders" and they didnt have a phone number for their delivery "driver" who happened to be on a bike. On our way back we were informed our order was delivered. It took over two and a half hours and all of it was ICE COLD.

I'd prefer to give zero stars. I ordered pizza at 2:52, finished baking at 3:05. Pizza didn't leave store until 4:17. But then i got the wrong order. I tried calling the store, but they hang up on you. I had to take pizza to the store. There, on top of the bad experience already, i met the "manager" jason. He already knew about the phone issue, didn't seem concerned. Nor was he concerned the pizza day or (no warming lights, so it was cold). I got refund but had to ask for receipt shoeing it was refunded. He acted like it was a gift bother, clearly unconcerned about cuttings service, never apologized. I told him I'd be contacting corporate about his attitude and he said to tell you hi. I think franchise needs to consider firing him. He didn't care, but apparently neither does domino's of they have had phone issue for 2 months. I get having one driver on, other driver or with covid. But then don't bake pizzas so far in advance

You can try to give this place a call it'll just drop your phone call every single time you can't get a hold of anybody here. We ordered pastas we always go to this place as well. But this time if you look at the chicken it's like one layer of noodles two pieces of chicken then you look at the marinara sausage one and that's about how full the chicken one should be but it has no sausage it's just noodles and sauce terrible experience we used to go here all the time I don't know management changed but we called to see if we can get a refund take it back whatever you can't even get through to anybody terrible management great front desk though the guy with the ponytail on his beard is awesome

Every time I called it said, "someone will be right with you" and then hung up. So I ordered online. Waited 1.5+ hours for delivery as a whole. Online said food would be there at 6:26 pm an hour after ordering. K cool, but didn't show up until 7:10 pm. I called 3 times in between those times and same thing when I tried to order. Hung up. This is a business we are on a time schedule and need to be done at certain times. I thought pizza would be easiest. But...No message or call to say they are running behind. Couldn't call to cancel. Couldn't cancel online. So frustrating!!Only thing the delivery guy said was. "I am the only delivery person."Food was not bad.

Had a free pizza with points on my account for months so I decided to use it and I waited 3 hours just to have it cancelled. I had already gotten something else after about a hour but I just wanted to see how long it would take them. I got no call to explain what was going or anything. Points never got refunded either. Not the first time this has happened at this location either. just a reminder why I stopped ordering from here. I understand if your short handed but if I would of gotten a call I would of understood and just cancelled

Do NOT order delivery. These guys are insanely slow. It doesn't take over an hour to deliver 1 pizza and some chicken nuggets to an address that is 2 minutes away.Half the time the order is wrong or over/under baked.Call them? Ha! They either won't answer or they straight up hang up on you/disconnect the call before answering.

ordered a pizza for delivery. tracker said it was delivered, but it’s not. it never showed up. i’m assuming it’s at the wrong apartment, but obviously i don’t know which one. i tried to call, but the line hung up after ringing. so i basically got money stolen from me. service has just gotten worse and worse. ??

My husband and I live a short walk from this Dominos location so we order via the app for in-store pickup probably once a month. We've had consistently decent service and the food is usually ready when the app says it will be, otherwise I'm not waiting more than a few minutes. We walk-in and pickup our food to reduce the likelihood of having any issues (ie, any corrections can be made on the spot, and the food is guaranteed fresh as it gets!) Very convenient location & the food has been on point.
