If this is what you call a quesadilla!!! There was nothing in it. Most of it was just the shell. Then when I tried to reach the store or anyone you CANT. All door dash did was credit me but that doesn’t teach the employees that they can’t make food like this and think people will come back. I never was able to get anyone from any store or any corporate store on the phone
I ordered online 30 Minutes before my lunch break started. I was informed my food was made and ready for pickup 10 minutes before I arrived. I sat and waited for my food my entire 30 minute lunch break and had to return to work without eating. They refuse to refund me because they had started preparing before I canceled. Never eating here again
I order online a STAKE burrito bowl, with extra things, and I receive “BURRITO BOWL STAKE”, it was only chunks of meet in a plate.I went to chipotle to make a claim, to make them do it right this time. They excuse themselves saying that in the order was saying only stake. But that’s nonsense, they know they screw it and they want to make themselves the VICTIM.I waste an hour coming back to them, do they know how expensive is for everyone to come back ?? With the gas prices going up I shouldn’t been wasting money coming back for something as simple as doing their jobs!! Just read the durn instructions!!!!
This is one sorry Chipotle. It's easier and quicker just to go to another Chipotle location. The online ordering is turned of 2/3 of the time. When online ordering is available, it's always late. Better to just wait in the long and not deal with the hassle.
Stopped in before we got to the haunted house that's up the street. Smelled good, taste good, clean environment and the workers were nice. It was busy but they handled it.
Great quality food and they work hard to make sure that it is healthy as well as delicious! Love that they have vegan choices
I ordered through the app and the order clearly states that I did not want sour cream on my order. So then why would you do something you were not instructed to do? As someone who is lactose intolerant, this means my order simply went to waste after I realized the mistake after I drove 25 min home. And while I did not eat any of this food, upon visual examination, the meat is dry, the rice is hard, the tortilla feels like plastic. Do yourself a favor, run don’t walk away from this place.
The food here is always good. Service is usually good, too, but they messed up one of our three orders today. Sent me a salad - without any lettuce! It even noted on the lid that it should have lettuce included. Was still tasty, but not quite what I ordered. Can't really have a salad without the lettuce. ?
I understand that it is on line ordering only but customer service still should exist. employees were very rude when asked questions and ignored people who didn't see the signs to order through their app. I would give them no stars if I could and I wouldn't recommend going here.
Everything was pretty good. The food was excellent, location is convenient. It's clean.The staff seemed bored. Maybe it was just me. Perhaps it was apathy? Otherwise it was great!
