I’ve never been disappointed with chick fila before, but this location at the fashion place mall in Murray, UT, was junk. The fries were cold and hard, the chicken was burnt and so were the cookies. It’s like they don’t even care. And the attitude of the worker was like he was embarrassed to be working there. People typically love chick fila. Not this one though according to the poor reviews they’ve gotten. Don’t waste your money on this location. Find another chick fila anywhere else.

Visited Chick-fil-A at Fashion Place this Saturday. The food was delicious but our order took awhile.
This is always a restaurant I go to when I want a good experience with great customer service. Thier drive through is always effecient even in the busiest hours.
I love chick Fil a it’s absolutely bomb but I was extremely disappointed to finish my chicken sandwich and start to eat my nuggets when I found out they forgot my nuggets
Went to the food court inside Fashion Place mall and picked here to have lunch. Guess arrived just in time because we were the only ones in line at that hour but within 30 minutes there was a line.
The apparently miserable cashier who took my order forgot to take my order despite reading it back to me so I only got half of what I ordered. Here's an idea Chick-fil-A use your voice boxes instead of sending people out into the miserable cold and making them hate their jobs

Went to try the bacon egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast. I definitely won't be going back!
