I just went through the drive through and after repeating my order 3 times I received the following— Cobb salad with the spicy avacado dressing instead of the balsamic dressing. Also even though printed on order a medium sized sprite I received ice tea something I choose not to drink. I haven’t returned to your facility for sometime since the last order I received was also wrong. Sorry your people are unable to serve correct orders because the chicken alone is good.

I am kind of in love with Chick-Fil-A and almost always have a great experience! I have never had the urge to leave a review until today though. Travis who is a delivery driver is the absolute best and made my day today (even on his off day!) I think everyone should aspire to be like him. He is amazing with customers, always has a big smile and very genuine. I wish I could give it more stars just for him. Thank you Travis!

It's my pleasure to leave this review. Chic FIL a does a lot of things really really well.First I am always impressed with how much these guys do for the community. They are involved in so many schools programs. I love when corporations engage with their communities.The drive through is always efficient and runs well. The staff are always kind and capable.The food is consistently what you expect. It's not my favorite food, because it's lacking flavor to me, but it's always the same consistent fresh quality. I do just wish they'd add some more flavor to the chicken breading.

I've never had a bad time here. My orders are always all in the bag and all correct if I ask for no cheese or no pickles. The employees are ALWAYS very nice and gracious.. It always amazes me that i have never had a wrong or messed up order, unlike other fast food restaurants...and I have a big family, so my orders are for 6-8 people. IN ADDITION--- if i go at 9:55pm, they ALWAYS take my order and aren't mean or rude about my late order that is always a big order, on the contrary....they ask about my day and they always let me know that IF I'm in line BEFORE 10pm, they WILL take my order...even if there is a long line, as long as the vehicle was in the drive thru line before 10pm, they will fill that order. I think thats nice to know-- and I was glad that they told me this...because I felt bad about getting there so late and being their last customer of the day with a big order.All in all--- yummy food and always done right!!!!!

Ordered a large fry and got a portion size of a medium..

I enjoy a Chick-fil-a meal but find your store is below par and will not return.  Five concerns from most current visit:1. Length of time in line - I specifically asked the order taker how long it was going to take as I was on my way to a meeting.  They were honest and said they didn't know but it took about 20 minutes which is simply not a practical wait for me.  2. I was trapped - I got my sandwich but had to wait for cars in front to clear.  I don't like feeling trapped 3. They forgot my fries -  I ordered a meal; sandwich, fries and drink.  It should not have been that difficult.  4. They replaced with someone else's fries - I guess I know what happened to mine but feel badly for other person 5. They screamed at me to stop as I was pulling out -  I did and they asked for "the bun".  I had no idea what they were talking about but apparently there was a wrapped bun with my fries, in my bag.  I was happy to give it back but now wonder, what did they do with it?The food isn't worth this much aggravation.

We made an mobile order with curbside pick up. We found out there were 2 drinks were missing when we were about to leave. Since we thought it would be quick to inform them the missing drinks, I let my husband ran back into the store with my phone so he could show the receipt. However, it took more than 20 minutes and my husband still hadn’t returned. We did the mobile order so we didn’t have to wait too long, but it ended up making us wasted for more than 20 minutes to wait for the drinks they missed. I think we probably would do drive thru next time so we can check if we get everything we ordered or just don’t come back to this location again. It was overall a very stressful experience.

The chicken nuggets were delicious, but I watched as the employees failed to give people their sauce over and over. When the customers realized they had no sauce and went back to the cash register to get some, the employees made each person show their receipt before they would give them sauce. After watching frustrated customers, when my name was called to receive my order I asked the employee to make sure they had put sauce in my bag before they handed it to me. The employees seemed very put out, but sure enough there was no sauce... great food, not so great service. Just a little weird.

Excellent food and service. The day we went they were very busy yet every staff member we interacted with still had a smile on their face and they treated us as we were the only ones there. Place was clean and the food was tasty as always

Usually hot delicious food occasionally fries can be warm instead of hot but can't complain. Drive thru is always fast and friendly. Highly recommend this location.
