Trying to pick up an Uber Eats order is the most frustrating thing on the planet here. When you walk in you have to wait 15 mins for someone to come and even acknowledge you, and afterwards the food is almost never ready for you to pick up. While they’re finishing up the order, they’d rather talk to their friends and yell and bicker with one another rather than actually working. After about half an hour you’ll finally have the order in hand. Not worth it.
This location is currently drive-through only but I have been in this location for an in-store dine in a lot of times. Place is fairly clean and food is pretty much usual but I guess Carl's Jr. in general needs some changes or upgrade on their food selection or do some seasonal offer too to make menu selection more exciting.
Would not honor sale price even though the sign was still in the window, I demanded they take the sign down immediately because of false advertising issues they did not I was surprised I had no problem getting a full refund. The other location had zero problems getting the sale price and the service was quick and friendly, I plan on steering clear from this location
Literally 35. Mins for 12 piece chicken stars and they almost gave us someone else’s order, then another 10 minutes to get our food. Be careful.
I walked here yesterday at 3:30 PM and saw people eating inside. The doors were locked. I walked through the drive through and nobody was there. Then, as I circle around they come up to the door to stare at me. They didn't unlock it. They just watched a hungry mom who walked 2 miles to get there with a baby on her back leave hungry and watch them eat with me locked outside. It says they are open at 3:30. What is the deal? Doesn't anybody else work there?
Asked for fry sauce and was also rudely told that they put fry sauce in every bag and there was none. I have gone to this location a few times recently and every time no fry sauce, not to mention the burgers are extremely small now. I won't be going back anymore.
asked for frysauce in the drivethrough, was told in a very rude tone that “they put fry sauce in every bag”. lo and behold, there was in fact no fry sauce in my bag. very disappointed.
First, I have to say that the cashier at the window was nice and my rating is NOT a reflection of her. We did the best she could and I know the chef did as well. Instead, this rating is a review of the management team.I came here and there were 2 employees. T. W. O. Where was the store manager? Where was the district manager? If this is a franchised location, where was the owner? I sat in line for almost an hour with no ways in or out. I knew when I got to the window it wasnt the employees fault. Get employees from a different store and assist your store or it's my opinion that this location is going to fail. This isn't exactly the first time I've come to the store and had an issue but it is the last.I was polite to the cashier but she was visibly shaken. She deserved better. And I can only imagine the number of people who were yelling at her and blaming her. Although if they did, they don't really have a heart. The trauma was evident and the fact that no member of management/owner wasn't present makes me believe, in my opinion, that they don't have a heart as well.If you're Carls Jr corporate, and I was you, my opinion of the circumstances would lead me to revoke the license. If this is a corporate store, my opinion would be to find new management cause this one isn't working. If you are/were the employees working that night, know that I appreciated your service.
The breakfast biscuits are amazingly delicious and probably very bad for you. But they are the old Hardee's biscuits, and if your remember that chain you will love them.
I will not be stopping by this location any more. Rude lady. Seems like she hates her job and/or her life. Good food though. But I'll give em the benefit of the doubt because you don't know what people r going through. But that doesn't mean you should be angsty to customers. Hope life gets better for you, lade (: much love
