Lobby closed. Extremely disrespectful person at the drive through. Waiting 15 minutes per car to even place an order. Unable to leave or move out of the way even if we wanted to.At the pick-up window all we could here from the kitchen was staff yelling loudly F- this, F-that and F- those people, whom I presume he meant the customers getting impatient.Will not return. Shameful experience.
I placed a mobile order, and the app said to pick up through the drive thru. The person on the intercom refused to help us. Made us go inside, even though I had my daughter with me, on a knee scooter for a busted foot. Zero empathy by staff.Then they just had our order sitting on the counter for a while till I had to ask for it, as it was getting cold.They messed up the order. I ordered my kids' burgers without sauce, and they put sauce on 2 of 3 anyway.They left out one of my combo items altogether, so I had to go back in.Quite possibly the poorest BK experience I've ever had.

The dude working on Thursday the 24th around 10:30 was amazing! He was the only one there and got out pretty big order done super quick. He was Super kind as well! He deserves a raise for sure!!!
Very friendly staff that were willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. They offered other food options in addition to ensure I got everything I meant to. Awesome experience at a great location.
It's BK, if you like it, you will get it. I do occasionally go here and I appreciate the later hours it operates. The employees are pretty nice there too.
Maybe good during rush hours. But not on a Sunday night. Order whoppers with cheese and no cheese, fries were old and mozzarella sticks looked like they were cooked in dirty oil and cold. When you charge .60 cents per cheese slice lol omg disappointed tonight. They definitely charged for the cheese.
Food was surprisingly delicious! Hadn't been to a BK in years. I'll be going back.

We went there for the $.37 Whopper deal and it was busy! My daughter couldn't get the app loaded on her phone and we waited for a good twenty minutes for our turn to order and when we just have up on her app and were going to pay full price for the darn burger the wonderful guy there comped her burger for us since we'd been waiting. I love this location.
