We have had Brio as a valentine's day tradition for years. Unfortunately, 2022 will be our last visit. The portions are generous, that's true, but then you remember you just paid $18 for a bowl of spaghetti bolognese. I don't know if they're just terribly understaffed (it didn't look that way), but our server was inattentive. My water never once got refilled. I had to ask him if they would bring us bread, and that was once we had our entrees. He said he would, then never did. We decided not to waste time on desserts because we couldn't be there all night. Recent google reviews of this place will confirm that it's not just me. I'm kind of sad to say that we're going to find a new valentine's day tradition.
I will never go there again they don’t have good customer service.
The food is always high quality and tastes great. We eat at Brio once a month and have tried many items on the menu
We enjoyed our experience there. The waitress was very new, and sweet. I have worked in fine dining for a long time so I tried not to be too critical, and our food came out at a good time. My lamb rack was perfectly medium rare so the chefs did a superb job. I hate it when everything gets overcooked. We really enjoyed the lobster ravioli app as well. Next time I would recommend telling wait staff to at least bring a bag for people to put there food in. I loved the ambiance there, as well!!!
This restaurant was recommended to me several times, so we decided to give it a try. Well, our experience was not the best considering the high reviews. We got sat, very nice table and atmosphere, our server ( I can not recall his name) got to the table aprox 5 min after we got seated, took our drink order and appetizers ( we were starving), oh well, our apps got to the table before our drinks , that is a big no no, I am saying that because all of us are working in the same industry, we are running a rest in Park City. Finally we got the drinks, one of them Apperol Spritz tasted like medicine we had to return it, at this point we were so ready to order entrees, he was avoiding our table going and taking the order from all the other tables, until I said hey I am ready to order then he came. Took the order and never came back. We got our entrees I personally got the Scampi Salmon pasta, I could eat just the Salmon, sauce or pasta did not have any taste at all. He never came to check on us, I would've told him I don't like it. ( I am not the person to write reviews , complaint or be picky because I work in a restaurant and I know how is it), anyway we finished our entrees and one of my friends wanted to order a dessert, and we decided not to, because it wasn't even offered to us, he just handed the check to us and that was it. Overall a pretty bad experience, I will give it another try possibly but at their other location, maybe it was just a one time bad experience. Please take my review in a constructive way, and maybe train your servers for a better customer service, thanks!
I ordered a spaghetti dish gluten free you would assume it would be gluten free spaghetti but it wasn’t. It was a tiny mooshy pasta. Asked for cheese I got a tiny plastic cup. Very disappointed!
Very delicious food. Friendly staff.
Excellent place for a birthday lunch...all drink's & food were delicious, especially the wedge salad! Jaime was a great server
We really liked the restaurant. The location and ambiance was very good and the service was excellent. I was a bit disappointed in my meal, however. I ordered the lasagna and instead of being the normal Bolognese sauce, it was more of an alfredo sauce and the noodles were a bit overcooked. Had i known that, I would not have ordered it because I don't particularly care for alfredo sauce. The calamari appetizer was very good and the portion size was large. My mother enjoyed her meal very much.
Not a review of the restaurant per se since its a bad time to be eating out. But the wife and I got our Thanksgiving meal from Brio and were just blown away by the quality of the food.
