1. Traditional wings means bone in... not sauceless.1.5 Where's the sauce/flavor2. Where's the meat?3. Dry.... sooooooo dry4. Clearly frozen to fried.The only decent part of this meal were the cheese bites. Another craving unsatisfied.I could have gotten better wings at Walmart... Mmmmm, that sounds like a good idea. I may do that tonight.
First time at a Zaxbys. Oscar tried to take my order and was a nice kid. I tried to use the starving student app for Utah which I've used at 20+ other restaurants. This location was listed but Myra P said that they don't accept coupons that are not endorsed by the Zaxbys... even though it is. Unfortunately she's was quite rude about it. Wouldn't listen as I tried to explain what the Starving Student card is. To top it off, she swiped the discount on my app so I can no longer use it at another location. She needs a little more training and I'm bummed that that was my first experience. Wish I would have gone elsewhere.
Normally love this place but Mayra P. (5199) was absolutely horrible. Rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Miserable attitude and snippy. Went through drive thru 4/11/22.
Can y’all do me a favor and check the sauces on your Uber eat or just take the extra sauces off your thing so I stop buying them in hope details are paid attention To. Gator needs his gas. You know the rest.

I've gone to this location multiple times over the last couple of years and it's always been an excellent experience. They have great customer service and are usually pretty quick, no matter what time of day we go. I've tried a variety of items here and they've all been delicious!
Went on my own journey to test the various chicken sandwiches in the area since apparently that's an argument society has and with my personal taste, Zaxby's is my place. Their signature sauce is delicious and even the ranch is better than other places. Love the fries. Not just limited to the sandwich, the strips are good as well and the nibblers are a great quick snack
Love eating here with friends and family. Food is always fresh and hot and the staff are always amazing! Great service and always clean! Would recommend highly recommend!!
I usually love this place but today was not good at all. The kid at the counter talked so quiet I couldn't hear him and kept having to ask "what?" Then I got my food and the whole order was wrong. It's my fault I didn't check before I got home but my wings weren't even sauced. Do you know how bad it sucks to crave wings and get home to not have them sauced?!? Then I ate some of the fried cheese balls and they tasted sour. My kids usually love them and wouldn't even eat more than the one they first tried. I'll update my review after I have a better experience there.
First time here, great customer service. Took awhile to get my food and it wasn’t that good.
