Just came by and these guys were awesome. I required a special accommodation to order and they took care of me and were super nice and friendly. The food food was fresh and tasted great!
Ordered 2 chili cheese dog meal. Hot dogs were raw and cold on the inside. Also 2 Chicago. Disgusting. Waited in drive thru for a long time, while employees were playing with their friends.Won't go there again.
Eddie was the person that I placed my order with and he was so nice. The food came out fresh and delicious. I hope he's there when I go back.
Being understaffed is a real thing. It is fast food so expectations are what they are but a crew of 3 did a pretty good job at lunch time. They did forget 5 items but fortunately my employees can share.
The wait is a bit long. Which would not be bad if they got the order right. I can never get the jalapeno poppers I want. They always give me corn dog bites. Those are gross. They hang up on you when call.
Finally vegetarian hot dogs! They are really good! My husband, not vegetarian, liked them better than the meat ones. I hope you will keep having them! Also the people in the drive-through are really nice. But I have to ding you one star because 2 out of 4 times, the order has been wrong (this is how I ended up with meat ones).
I’ve had a couple of good tries at this location. But mostly, it’s been more than disappointing. These fries are disgusting. Either made with stale or reheated stale fries, they’re chalky and the cheese makes it impossible. And the hot dogs, we asked for chili cheese dogs. American cheese. Whatever they use for shredded cheese is absolutely not what I asked for, these dogs and fries are just absolutely nasty. My fiancé can’t even eat them. Thanks guys for wasting my money. Won’t be making the mistake of going to this location again.The one on North Temple and the other on 33rd south are far far better. Don’t bother with this location
This is without a doubt the best Weinerschnitzel in the state of Utah. I live downtown and drive 30+ minutes out of my way to come to this location specially because of the amazing food and service. Eddy (who based off reviews is the manager) is always so awesome. He is very friendly, attentive, and professional. I always know if I hear Eddy's voice when ordering, it's going to be great. I have always had great experiences with the rest of the staff too.
I ordered my food with coupons. Made it clear. I asked. over and over about coupons. They did the order like I was not there saying I when I demanded Tory fix it . He gave me my cash back and told me to leave. Which of course I did. He was stuck on me asking to fix it.
Went to the Midvale location tonight and of course like every time we go through the drive thru they forgot something in our order. I called and spoke to the manager Edward. He said he knew he forgot to put it in the bag and I could either drive all the way back or he would put my name in the book to get it at a later date. I explained I understood that places are short staffed and it takes longer but it is not hard to look in the bag and make sure he places everything in there. His response was that he had worked a full day and things get forgotten. Wow is this really and excuse you worked 7ish hours so forgetting is ok. Will never go back to this location again. He also got very rude on the call especially for a manager.
