This Wendy's must be getting crushed by the McDonald's across the street. That place has a massive line constantly and they're always courteous and never rude. The manager at this wendys acted like he was mad I came through the drive thru and I was the ONLY ONE THERE. When you're acting flustered by 1 customer while McDonald's has 30 it really shows how bad you're doing vs the competition. I don't care how close this wendys is I'll just go to another location. Have fun getting stomped into the ground when Canes comes in.
Service was really good tonight but my grilled chicken was under cooked. Really not happy with this especially because I’m pregnant. People can really get sick! Please check your chicken and make sure you aren’t eating raw chicken!
Best fries in my life today. I wish I was joking. So salty and fresh. Super fresh burger and nuggets too. Got my order just right. Nicest drive through person like ever.
Smh!!! I ordered 2 burgers, 1 with bacon... when I get my order, both burgers were labeled the same so I asked the guy, which one is the bacon one.. his answer: "I don't know I didn't pack it"... I was like Wow!.. you know what never mind, we'll figure it out then I pulled forward so I didn't interrupt the drive thru flow, we checked the burgers and realized there was no bacon, so I went back in line, got to the window and told them... hey, there's no bacon, could you please get me the right burger?So the girl who took the order got to the window to tell me: "She put bacon" and I said we just checked them, do you want me to open the burgers again? And I actually did but she proceeded to say.. "I saw her adding the bacon" ... and I said, so where did it go?They just needed to make the sandwich right, apologize and no big deal.. but no, they were so defensive, took 0 accountability and while she was still telling me about how wrong I was someone just threw half a stripe of bacon in a plastic container and pushed it to me.. I actually thought it was empty so I asked.. Whats this? And suddenly I see the little piece of bacon, I was speechless ? y said.. Are you guys serious? And I decided to just go.I called the store right away to speak with the manager, of course they did not pickup the van, they could see me outside and they knew I was the one calling.Such a terrible experience. They suck!
I completely understand that there's a worker shortage right now and businesses have to cut their hours because of it but please UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE HOURS OF OPERATION. We ordered a pickup order on their website about an hour and a half before Google said they closed, drove there, and they were closed over an hour before they said they did on Google. We already paid for the order so now we have to go through the hassle of trying to get our money back. It really isn't hard and doesn't take long at all to update Google.
Make sure you check your order before you leave the place! I ordered a large chili and when I got home I found out it was a small and they charged us for a large! the employees need to slow down and listen more carefully………
The fella working the drive through was so nice! I've had a terrible week and his kind demeanor made my day. A small act of kindness can really make an impact on a person. I wish I had his name. I was there Sunday at noon Jan 9. If his boss sees this please thank him for me again.
Beware. This location most likely isn’t open if it says it is. Google hours are not updated. Just drove here and it’s dark inside. Call first to save a trip!!
They don't follow their posted hours at all and seem to close at random. Multiple times now I've arrived pick up my order and found them to be closed. You can't even tell if they're open or not because the menu lights have been broken for nearly a year. Just don't bother, it's not worth your time.
Terrible with Ubers. Always make you go through the drive thru. Other wendys let you go inside.
