I went to get me and my family food and we don’t usually go to this sonic because of the poor customer service but we just had to make it work tonight. I got there and started to order all the food and at the end of that he told me that they weren’t serving food at the time so I ordered shakes. They took almost a half hour getting them and there were 3 cars there total and they didn’t even mix the shakes it was just vanilla ice cream w some toppings. There should be something done about how the manager runs that store or just get a new one.He is also always very rude
As someone who works for an establishment that doesn't actually let us close until 10 minutes AFTER our posted hours, I completely understand hating being stuck at work later than you want but whoever was working tonight had their kitchen closed 10 minutes before closing. If that's a manager policy, shame on you. I had finished a long hike and was craving sonic. You have posted hours for a reason. It drives me nuts when establishments will slim down their options before closing but it's still understandable. BUT above all else, if I pull up to order and your exact greeting is "You doing drinks?" In an aggressive manner AND you follow it with nothing other than "have a good night" after I simply respond no.... then you're running your establishment like garbage and you don't deserve business. Absolutely floored by how awful that interaction was. Would give 0 stars.
They didn't have any manager on duty that knows how to take a coupon. Alex completely refused to take our coupon and he was basically yelling at us to give the food back because he didn't know how to use a coupon and demanded we pay full price even though we had a half off coupon. This is completely unprofessional and we will be disputing the charge with our bank as they do not deserve any money for the service the provided. Not only did we pay double what we should have paid but the food was also cold because we had to sit in the drive through for nearly 15 minutes because they were so slow and demanded we wait for then to take our payment for the whole thing which is completely unacceptable. Alex should be fired for his service and complete lack of ability in his role at sonic.
Drinks are good burger are OK soggy from the rotten tomato but I ate it anyway*the burger not the tomato). Us usual you just get the bare minimum when it comes to fast food! I guess that's why there slow as molasses in january!... thanks for the cold fixes fellas.
Whenever I come through it's always dirty, trash over flowing, dirty floors people smoking in their aprons. service times are always insane and we always seem to run into a rude man (night crew). This last incounter we just drove off we went in through drive through, we picked what we wanted. Then when we pulled up to the speaker and tried to order everything but drinks seemed to be out. After asking for a minute to see what we wanted sense all our options were ruled out. We were rudely snapped at and yelled at to pull into a stall. But we'd parked in a stall to decide what we wanted befor, the car next to us told us they'd been waiting for 30 minutes. So instead of placing our order in a stall we went drive through to be greated with short snippy comments. im done trying to hand you our money. You lost mine and my husband's business.
Employees don't even know their own menu. I got upcharged for adding "extra ingredients" to a shake when I literally read the name of the shake off the menu. They also got an extra dollar out of me by charging me for and giving me a "large" mozz sticks when I requested a "6 piece" which would be a medium. They really do not pay attention or listen to you at all, it's a wonder this place is still open. I know getting charged an extra few bucks isn't the end of the world, but when its the majority of the items you're getting being upcharged just bc the employees don't know how to ring in their own menu, not cool. This isn't the first time either. And they don't really fix anything they just give you a chip for a free medium cherry limeade and call it a day. Because limeade fixes everything, right? Maybe if it was good limeade. I could also comment on the employees appearance and lack of professionalism dealing with guests but you can assume that stuff.
First reviewed this Sonic 3 years ago. Went back Jan 22, and it hasn't improved. Person taking orders started yelling at me when I asked about a shake I was missing. Did no one tell these guys that yelling at customers when you've already messed up their order is bad for business? I'm not unreasonable. Mistakes happen. But after that? I won't be back.
Worst Sonic Drive-in!!! Ordered the Route 44 lemonade to quench my thirst but they were sooooo kind enough to fill it up with ice to the top. Not even enough to enjoy my lemonade. Waste of my time and my money.I will not be wasting my time to file a complaint! You read my review... do something about it! Not going to call the franchise owner ! He's an idiot!
Good selection of unique food and drinks. You can order in the drive thru, park at a stall or order on the app.
Worst Sonic I've ever been to. I'm a veteran and have to many different ones, and never has service this terrible. If I remember correctly as no receipt was given Toni, my server was rushing my order. I'm glad I didn't go to the drive thru and my family knew what we wanted before ordering. The next surprise was looking at our food and drinks after getting home. The chicken wrap was not wrapped at all, when opening the packaging everything fell apart. The Sonic Blast with Reese's wasn't mixed either. It was Ice Cream with the toppings on the top .... Not much of a Blast. Then I had to make some apple juice @ home as that wasn't put in the drink carrier for the kids meal. Terrible service, food not presented well, and missing Items. Don't go to this Sonic, If my nurse wife didn't have to get to work I would have gone back and asked to speak to a manager. I tried calling the establishment but the number on Google doesn't work... makes me wonder if it was intentional as well that I didn't get a receipt so I wouldn't be able to call or leave a review
