Been to this location about 2-3 times. Ordered the Midnight Blueberry Tea, which was amazing! Highly recommend with light ice and 50% sugar. A different time, my boyfriend had the signature fruit tea and we were amazed at the genuinely fresh looking orange and apple slices. I ordered the strawberry cloud and it felt like I was truly sipping on a cloud. Amazing service every single time.

This place is super good! I like that you can customize your sweetness and ice levels. The Hawaiian Slush is to die for (tastes like calamansi!) and the milk teas always come out great. We’ve stopped by a few times and will keep coming back!
I have spent so much money here and I still can’t get a correct Vietnamese coffee order. Apparently no one believes in Sea Cream at this establishment. It’s not rocket science as they say. Vietnamese coffee WITH Sea Cream. NOT without
This new tea / coffee shop is truly a gem. They are unique in that you can change the levels of sugar and ice in your drinks (FINALLY!!!). The staff was friendly, the atmosphere is hip, and the pastries were a great addition.I honestly cannot find a fault in this shop and I'm glad to be in walking distance so that I can stroll in and enjoy the variety of drinks they have.
Hands down, the best, most authentic Boba Tea Shop type place in the valley. Everything is made from scratch and you can feel and taste the authenticity of what a place like this is supposed to be like.
They have good tea, strong flavor of tea compared to other chains. Their fruit tea is also good. The store has nice ambience, friendly staffs. They are near a movie theater so good location to grab boba before/after a movie
Awesome place. When I was living in China I used to drink this Chinese milk tea on a daily basis and this shop took me back to my uni time in China again ? Lovely stuff, very attentive girl Alex at the cashier So beautiful environment, a great place for your new Instagram pictures. Pudding milk tea it’s just amazing! The Brown Sugar Creme Brulee and Brown Sugar Coffee Latte were amazing! This was our first time here and we were very impressed! The staff was very friendly and gave my two little ones pineapple mango smoothies! The smoothies were amazing too! We will definitely be visiting again soon!
Accidentally stumbled onto this place after the movie and it was amazing! The employee working (maybe the owner?) was so nice! Gave us lots of good recommendations, let us smell the different teas. My mom had a coffee free milk latte with peppermint, it was like Christmas in a cup. I had a HOT peach tea with boba. Barely made it 5 minutes it was so yummy. 10/10 would recommend! Can’t wait to go back :)
