The food was good the front counter help was absolutely terrible. The young mans attitude was beyond bad. Could hardly get him to wait on us. He was to busy in the back eating his own fries. No condiments or cup covers, and utensils available in the front. About 11:30 am. Shouldn't have been out of everything that early in the day. Very disappointing!!
It is hard for me to complain about most things, but I went here for an early lunch just now and there was a long hair in my spicy tender basket. I went back for a replacement order ONLY TO GET ANOTHER HAIR IN IT! This time it was in my mouth and that was it for me. They refunded me and I left. Hopefully they threw out all that chicken and ordered some hair nets.
You know, for the typical Popeyes experience where you can expect complete incompetence from the serving staff, and food that takes 45 minutes to prepare... This store really knocks it out of the park. Actually a fast food restaurant that serves food fast it is actually good. This is the only Popeyes I ever bother going to because it's the only one that can actually do their job well
This is the best chicken! Service was quick and courteous. We dined in this time.. We got the special of 8 pieces for $14.95.My husband's only complaint wad the breasts were not as big when he orders them individually. He loved the macaroni, very cheesy.
Tried to pick up lunch for everyone at my work. Repeated myself over and over and over and they could not repeat it back to me correct. Finally got the order in and when I get back to my shop not a single thing is correct. Absolute waist of time and money. I will not be coming back ever again. At least not this location. I have 10 employees and I get lunch for the whole store at least once a week. Figure it out guys. Good luck with business running like that train wreck.
Love Popeyes ❤️ Fast, delicious, good service and nice stuff. The restaurant itself is not crowded and very clean. Food was ready for us in 7-10 minutes. The price of the meal is about 10$ per person. This place has a military discount.
Just went thru drive thru and ordered a side of rice with our family chicken meal. Got home and we received fries instead. We didn't receive any BBQ sauce like we asked. We have biscuits with no butter. The guy ignored us when we asked for a receipt. First and last time going here! If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service! Do not go to this store!
Very disappointed the last two times. Sandwich looked like it was dropped then picked up and thrown together. Ordered 5 piece of spicy nuggets... got a combo meal.
The food is good, the place was clean. The bad thing was the prices have gone through the roof. It's not good when a small meal of fast food for one has you shelling out $10.
I came in with a survey code discount for a two piece meal and biscuit with purchase of a large drinks. The food was ready very quickly for me. The restaurant was clean inside and not very crowded for lunch time. The food itself was great. The chicken was flaky in a good way. The biscuit was also satisfying.
