Just ordered curbside, they messed my pizza up. I was very understanding. 20 minutes goes by and they never brought it back out. When I called he finally brought it out. He admitted it was just sitting there for the past 20 minutes. So I paid $26 for cold pizza. Won’t be back!
Even understaffed this Mod is doing a very good job. Our pizza preparer was extremely kind and very patient. Even though the pizzas we ordered were complicated, he was able to follow along perfectly, plus he made sure to make the gluten free pizza first which is a small detail but it shows proficiency that I really appreciated.
This is my favorite pizza place. I found it in Chicago and was so happy it's in Utah too. Great prices, unlimited toppings. I either save half my pizza for another meal or split it with someone else, so I feel like I'm getting a 2 for 1 deal!
I’ve come to this mod a few times. And it seems like the service is getting worse. I’m not gonna stop coming to this MOD because it’s the closest one to me and I really like their pizza, But I just waited 40 minutes for one mad dog pizza that I ordered on the app without any information on if it was taking longer. Which I’m normally happy to wait! I try not to be difficult, I worked in fast food for a while. But The guy stood there talking to a customer who seamed like a friend of his for like 10 minutes while I waited behind him to check if my pizza was ready another girl had to come around him and check on me. And when it was ready, he didn’t even call my name. I had to wheel up on my knee scoot (broken ankle) to see if it was mine.I love MOD but I just worked a 9 hour shift and was exhausted, but waited for my food for 30 extra minutes while watching 2-3 other groups get food before me who were in line when I came in to pickup my order 20 minutes after I had ordered it on the app. I’m just a little irritated.Trying to be understanding because they’re understaffed but tripling my wait time on a single pizza that wasn’t even a difficult order was kind of disappointing.
I am a first time customer. Stopped by to pickup 3 pizzas for the family at Mod Pizza in Fort Union on my way home. It was 7:45pm. They have posted online and on their door that they close at 8pm. Doors were locked. Numerous people inside eating and several others in line to order. Being turned away before the posted closing time is horrible business. Will not frequent this business again.
We love MOD Pizza. The staff is always awesome with requests. They have a blackberry lemonade made in house that we get everytime. Their point system is awesome cause who doesn't love free pizza.
MOD is awesome! The girl with the blond hair and piercings is great at her job! We came in at night on a Sunday they were busy and the line was building she was running the oven and was always running the floor and she did an awesome job! They got people helped super fast. I love this pizza its good I'll be back for sure.
Even though they were short staffed (had to lock the door when it was nearing closing time) and a long line, it was worth the wait!! The pizza only took a few minutes in the wood fire pizza oven and the fresh ingredients were yummy. We tried the Callie pizza special and the Calexico and they did not disappoint!! You can also make your own pizza with many toppings to choose from!! With the altered Covid hours and staff shortage, get there before 7:30pm to get in line before they lock the doors. Will definitely be back!!
My favorite place to eat so delicious lots of toppings to make some fun amazing tasting pizzas!
Mod pizza is so yummy! The price is good for what you get. I've made this a weekend thing to come and eat here. I just wish they would put more toppings on or ask would you like more than what I put on because it seems a little skimp and I don't feel comfortable asking for more toppings.. Anyways its yummy and if you haven't tried it you should.
