Placed a mobile order with a receipt of purchase confirming we had paid and were in the correct location, but because their system wasn’t working correctly they refused to honor our purchase. The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful, essentially telling us they couldn’t help us even with our proof of purchase. They took our money and didn’t give us any of our food without blinking an eye. Terrible customer experience. Highly recommend just going up the street instead of this joke of a McDonalds.

Good location. I should have got the name of the young lady who brought me my order this morning because she deserves a raise. She addressed me by name and apologized for the wait (not more than 5 min) and wished me a good day. She was super kind and I appreciate people who go above and beyond! This McD has always got my order correctly and the food is put together well and hot.

Worst experience. Drive-thru staff is very rude. Food was cold and made wrong. And the boy who took my cash through my change at me which went under my vehicle. Which couldn't be retrieved due to multiple cars in the drie-thru. The kid refused to make up for his ignorance. I Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. If employees don't want to do their job or fix their mistakes they should look for other employment. Highly recommend others to go to a different location and avoid this location until they can figure out how to appreciate their customers. Very frustrated woth the entire experience. Would give it a zero if the option was available because 1 is being generous.???

Great crew on tonight 11:48pm. Workers were very friendly, they got the drive-thru cleared quickly, and made the most presentable sandwiches I have ever seen at a McDonald's. 5/5 stars, big thanks.

Play place is still closed due to covid I presume. My kids were disappointed. Other than that, it's a really nice location. And they always keep it clean and it's updated to a nice style & fashion.

The food was edible ....barely. The food was cold, you could tell it had been sitting. The order was completely wrong but I didn't have the heart to say anything as the woman they had running the register spoke absolutely no English.

They're now happily advertising the dining room is open until 10 p.m., but if you go in to order inside near closing time they fail to warn you they are going to yell at you and try to throw you out at the stroke of 10 promptly! Obviously after over a year of lockdown the manager has lost any bit of common decency or basic customer service skills and would be better suited working at the Utah State Prison. Who wants to be repeatedly yelled at, harrassed, and verbally abused when paying good money to go out to eat?

The lady at the drive through register asked me six times if I really wanted to wait 15 mins for French fries to be made to which I answered yes. Never been asked that many times if I wanted to wait that long for french fries. Really seems like she didn’t want to work. Bless her soul.

Yesterday was good (McChicken) with the exception of fries, warm and stale. We were the only ones in line but they still wanted us to pull forward. I really do not understand why. They were courteous and prompt.However, we went there, for a little snack, last week and the inside employee (she acted like a supervisor) was not friendly, helpful or even cared about our situation.We ordered 2 shakes and some chicken nuggets. We paid for it and then my hubby got so sick that he went past the 2nd window to puck up our order. Unfortunately he had to throw up. I went inside to get our order. The lady said the lobby was closed. I explained what happened and she requested to see the receipt. I got the receipt and showed her. I cautioned not to touch it because it had throw up on it. Found out that they didn't put the shakes on there. I asked if I could pay for the shakes but she told me I would have to go back thru the drive thru. A little compassion would gave went a long way as well as being nice. We didn't go back through, just went home.

Ordered two egg mc muffin meals waited for my order only to find out the kid didn't give me the meals so had to wait for the other half of the meal and then that took as long as the original order. Kid said he didn't know how to make it a meal. Seems like they need to do better training. This location is usually fast and good in the drive-thru.
