The last 2 times I was here, I had not so good experience. The first time, the guy at the window handed me my drink and immediately the lid came off, he acknowledged it but yet didn't offer a lid that would stay on, I had soda all over my hands and clothes. I was there again today, my fries were not fresh, just leftover bits. The guy at the window practically threw my food at me.. he didn't try to just hand it to me normally, I thought I would drop it. I feel like there's no manager around or maybe the manager just doesn't care either.

Staying nearby this McDonald’s location during a trip to SLC. During several visits had consistent terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes for breakfast order. Ended up driving off after waiting over 15 minutes for my drive-thru order. The lobby closes at what seems to be random times. The location is clearly going through some type of staffing issue or management change-over. McDonald’s is McDonald’s…consistent experience from restaurant to restaurant. That’s what I love about it…easy and consistent if you have kids. Not this one. Consistent bad experience.

Typical McDonald's experience.$20 order for 2.Asked for one full slice of cheese on the fish fillet, as opposed to the regular half slice. Clarified 3 times and confirmed.Payed for an entire extra slice of cheese and received the regular half slice. Basically, I was robbed. While I was willing to pay for the extra cheese I was not willing to spend the time or the gas to return.5 packages of ketchup for two large orders of fries.No napkinsNo drinksNow my throat is dry, my head hurts, my stomach is gurgling and I remember why I quit going to McDonald's in 2015.

All these other reviewers are crazy. I come here regularly and have never had a problem with the food or the staff (the frappes here have been perfect every time!!). I have, however, seen another customer yelling at the drive through window because she had to wait a bit for her food and was “in a hurry”. That’s your own fault, not the employees. Please, everyone, just be nice!!!

A different McDonald's couldn't figure out the mobile order so we were able to get it transferred it to this one, when I pulled up to the drive thru and gave them my order code they had my food ready in about a minute. Great people, very friendly, awesome service.

Very rude staff including managers. I would like to say I caught them on a bad day but it's like this everytime I come here. Everyone hates their job and you can tell. The burgers are just thrown together so be prepared to have to build your burger back together when you open it. They also seem to have more fries in the bottom of the bag than in the fry box. All in all just go to a different McDonalds. Still no dine in 2 years after covid started.

Went here tonight and for the second time they got the order wrong. They leave things out and have an attitude when you say you didn't get certain items. also made it sound like I was lying about missing items.You have to speak up and repeat yourself more than once to get heard. They are pushy when you try to read the menu Keep asking can I get you anything else even when you ask them to wait a minute. The fries were really cold. They only fill the fries halfway. I worked at Wendy's before they fill the fries all the way even overflow sometimes. You should get what you pay for.

Ordered a Mocha latte. They collected my money and had me wait for at least ten minutes before telling me their machine was down.

I have been here 3 times in 12 months. Everytime, my order is made wrong. How consistent do you have to be at getting orders wrong to make that happen? Maybe staff should get off their phones and pay attention to the customer instead.
