Great Caesar salads and steaks! I tend to be very picky about the freshness of my salads and I have never had a Caesar here that was limp or drenched in dressing. I typically order the New York strip steak, medium temperature, and only had an undercooked one once. The correction was solved within minutes. Also, the kids chicken fingers are awesome! Not those big-box store frozen fingers, but the ones with the lighter batter and thick white chicken. My son loves it. Many visits later, it’s been great. I’ve also never waited more than 10 minutes for a table for three at this location. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive, despite the staffing issues practically all restaurants are suffering from nowadays. This is why I maintain a 5 star. The service was excellent before the outbreak of COVID-19.Oh, and did I mention the warm, complementary bread loaf? YUM.
Always a good and pleasant dining experience in this restaurant. Quality and well seasoned steak and salmon cooked to perfection. Bread, salad and side dish were perfect and tasted fresh. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. And most of all, the staff were very respectful, professional and on point in checking on us. Huge parking lot too.
First time here and it was wonderful! They sat us within 15 minutes which was nice considering it was the busiest time of the day. The food came out quickly and was cooked well the ribeye and the New York were both very good. The manager helped us fill out a survey so we could get a free dessert which was probably the best part of our meal!
Great place to go for a any celebration or even just because. Even had a great server she was amazing and kept us laughing! My daughter loved her. The food was delicious cooked to perfection! Everything was great. Thank you!
well, to start our waitress was amazing. she did allshe could. we first arrived & waited about 30-35 minutes that was supposedly a 15 min wait. people were being sat before us that showed up after us. so i questioned the host & told her i hadn’t got a text to be seated. maybe they had the wrong number? i’m not sure what happened exactly. well we finally got seated, ordered an appetizer which was delicious. we ordered our steaks medium well & medium rare with sautéed mushroom. waited 45 minutes to get our steaks & both came out completely well done & burnt no mushrooms. so we had them sent back & remade. the first two were not even edible. well our waitress brought out our mushrooms with no steaks because they were still being made. our mushrooms sat our for about 15-20 minutes getting cold without our steaks. FINALLY got our steaks again & both were well done… again… they were busy , but come on… this place isn’t cheap. so whatever i left it as is. extremely disappointed, as this was our first time at long horn steakhouse..
Decent chain steak house. Prompt service. Good appetizer. Steak was cooked as asked. I'd go back for another meal.
Our family went to the midvale location for my daughters birthday. The waitress was very rude and impatient. I noticed it wasn’t only her but other staff as well. I played it off as if I didn’t notice. I didn’t want anything to spoil my daughters birthday dinner. Our food was brought to the table. My husbands steak was dry and burnt. My nephews macaroni and cheese was ice cold. I waved the waitress down to tell her. She sent the manager over to talk to me. I have NEVER experienced such disrespect before. I told the manger the situation with the food and I then told him how disappointed I was with the service of the waitress. His response was they were all overwhelmed and over worked due to staffing issues. I told him I could totally understand that. But to remind her we are paying customers and to take a step back. He talked over me while I was speaking to him. Asking if anyone else needed anything. I said oh okay I see your rude too. I wasn’t expecting a free meal or a discount. I did however expect an apology for the rude behavior. My poor daughter was in tears by way I was treated. We will NEVER EVER go to a long Horn restaurant again!!!!
Great steak I got the longhorn steak and it was really good. For the appetizer we got their onion rings and their cheesy mushrooms they were really good as well. The service was one of the best parts our server did a great job taking care of us and the food was great too.
This was an excellent dinner. The steak simply melted in my mouth & the lobster (my first) was meaty and bland though delicious with the butter . The baked potato paired well with the Brussel sprouts which were blackened & sweet. Overall the good food led to a great evening with friends. Will be going again!
Horrible management that just causes the problems to trickle down. They eventually get you seated and you wait. They eventually take your drink order and you wait. They eventually take your food order, and then they tell you they are out of basically everything. Plan on at least 45 minutes after you sit down before you find out there isn’t any food. Go someplace else. Place use to be great when it first opened. Not anymore
