Yikes! I ordered delivery and It’s been 1hour and 45min and still no food. Called 45min ago and was told they are on their way. I live LESS than 45seconds driving time from the shop and didn’t feel like walking over. Just called to cancelled and they voided the transaction, hopefully I actually get my money back including the tip. Bummer. This store’s quality and service has completely fell apart.
I love Jimmy John's but this location is the slowest I've ever been to. We ordered online and arrived 10 minutes later and still waited 12 minutes in store. The staff was moving incredibly slow and didn't bother to update us on our order or anything. Also missed a sandwich and one had an entire wad of hair in it. Not okay at all.
It’s not a big deal but I paid cash for my meal and when I was brought my change they were out of pennies and told me since they were out of pennies that my change would be short sorry. Having managed a franchise I just did suggest to the managers that instead of telling a customer so they were just gonna be short on their change especially if it’s pennies just to bump it up a couple of pennies and give them back a couple pennies more rather than telling them too bad. It’s all about customer service and that poorly handled
I have always loved JJ but this time the bread was so burnt I couldn't eat the sandwich. We ordered 2 sandwiches and both were burnt. Super disappointed.
This was the worst Jimmy John's I ever ate it was smothered in mustard and I could taste anything else. I love Jimmy John's but not this one they also acted put out that we ate there instead of leaving...poor food and service
I absolutely love Jimmy John's, everything about their sandwiches is perfect. I order delivery and most of the time they are fast, they past few times they have taken about an hour because they only have one driver. However, last night, after taking an hour, they forgot my jalapeño chips. I called the store to see if they could refund me for the chips b/c I didn't want them to have to drive all the way back to my house for chips. They informed me that they would immediately deliver my chips, and they did in about 15 min. Even though I waited a long time for my food I am grateful for their service and them going the extra mile. Thanks!
Not a satisfied customer. My boyfriend got three sandwiches from your shop. Too much mustard on my sandwich. You cant even taste it. All you can do is taste the mustard. Had to cut the sandwich up just to eat it.
Always quick and easy to order from this store. They are nice and friendly!
Great sandwiches! I used to eat here ounce every week, was so good, there are none here.
I don't like to complain BUT when I pay as much as I did for a sandwich I would expect more. Arrived 1.5 hours after I placed the order. Totally get everyone has staffing issues but that is a long time. Then I open it up to take a bit and there is no meat. NONE. Just LOTS of cheese like they were trying to hide the fact there was no meat. The top is soft and doughy and the bottom is hard. $16 for this. Not happy to say the least.
