I've been inside twice, and got home to my sandwich being wrong. I've ordered delivery 3 times and it has been a disaster each time.The first time it was an hour after they had told me it would arrive. The 2nd time was a replacement sandwich and they didn't make it right. The owner called me and asked for another chance to make things right, so I ordered again last night, and low and behold it shows up with bread (I ordered an unwich) and there was just a sprinkle of lettuce. I had no choice but to just eat the insides, but I couldn't even do that because the avocado spread tasted rotten. Oh, and let's not forget how unprofessional their order takers and delivery drivers are.This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. I will get my last free sandwich from them, but I'd be surprised they can come up with something to get me to return.
We had lunch there on this day. The one thing I can say about this location, is that it's always consistent. I always order the ultimate, and it's always been the same here. The food was good, and the the service was fast, and polite as always. I didn't give it 5 stars today due to the fact that I was told that the women's restroom needed attention.
Usually this location is great but its been going down hill over the past year or so. I ordered online and although my food was delivered fast none of the sandwhiches had any toppings. If I wanted a boring sandwhich with no lettuce, tomatoes I could of saved myself 20$ and made it at home myself.
The Italian is my favorite.Good Quality
I love that this Jimmy John's is drive thru. I drive a bit further for this convenience. The other great thing is the employees. They are willing to take my phone number to add my rewards when i do not order ahead on the app. This means I am more likely to make a last minute decision to come. Haven't had that at other locations. Food is great no matter which JH's you go. This time I had the new Black & Blue Roast Beef. JJ's roast beef is top notch. No gristle or fat sections. Just the right amount or horseradish aioli. I ordered mine with extra onions. I also had their pickle, quarter cut, that i snacked on the rest of the afternoon. Keeps me from eating other fattening options. I recommend JJ's and this location especially.
Experience. 10/10Order correct. Well they struggled . Verified verbally what we ordered. And when we got home. Missed an entire sandwich and had put the bacon for the missing sandwich on a different sandwich....... Ngl I was intending to give 5 stars but disappointed once we got the food home
Slowest delivery every, took over an hour for delivery. I’ve ordered from other locations before and it has never ever ever taken this long. I’ve called the store 2 times now and they have told me two different reasons on why the food hasn’t been delivered, think they are just lying. It’s honestly ridiculous. so much for freaky fast.

This store has taken SO long to deliver almost everytime I order. Today I ordered a slim 1 with chips at 2:55 PM, and by 4 PM I had called to see if something had gone wrong with the order. The rep said “your order has only been active for 20 minutes, so it hasn’t been an hour. You’ll get it in the next 10”. I got my order and the receipt even shows it was ordered before 3 PM. Ridiculous
So much for FREAKY FAST. 45 minutes to get my sandwich and they are right across the street from where I work. My coworker ordered Papa Johns and it arrived first.
